The Joe and Dianne Show

Joe's POV

Dianne had finished her latest tour date and now had a couple of days off. We where laying in bed Dianne snuggled up in my arms. As we where laying there I was thinking about how much I missed Dianne when she wasn't here. I had been thinking over the last couple of weeks about how much I wanted to dance with her again. A idea had been formulating in my brain over the last month and I couldn't decide whether it was a good idea or not. I decided I just had to ask Dianne and see what she thought. 'Babe I've had a idea and I wanted to know whether you thought it was a good idea or not.' She sat up and looked at me 'hit me' she said. 'So I've been thinking about how much I miss dancing and performing with you and I've come up with idea. How would you feel about me and you doing a show together.'

Dianne's POV

It was so nice being back in Joe's arms. I missed him so much when I was on tour. We where just laying on the bed enjoying each other's company when Joe said that he had an idea that he wanted to talk to me about. I sat up and looked at him and told him to tell me about it. 'How would you feel about doing a show together' he asked. 'I don't know, what type of show where you thinking about' I asked. 'Well more of a tour. I was thinking we could do some dancing, singing and maybe add a bit of comedy in' he said. 'I don't know Joe I'll have to think about it' I said 'how would we even make it work.' 'Well we would both have to talk to our managers but I reckon we would be able to pull it off' he said. 'We would have to check both off our schedules and see when we are free and what kind of venues we would be able to get but we both have a lot of fans and I'm sure they would love to see something like this.' 'Can we sleep on it and then talk about it again tomorrow' I said. 'Sure we can' he said laying back down bringing me down with him. 'Night baby' he said placing a kiss on my lips.

Joe's POV

I woke up the next morning with Dianne still in my arms. I could see her eye lids start to flutter as she started to wake up. 'Morning baby' I said kissing her forehead. 'Morning' she said placing a kiss on my lips. We both got up making our way downstairs. I sat on the loveseat Dianne sitting on my lap. She turned to look at me and said 'I've been thinking about what you said last night and I think we might be able to make it work. The only thing that worries me is if we book all this and then we split up. What would happen then.' 'Dianne I love you with all my heart and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. We are so strong together and I know you are the one for me' I said. 'I love you too. I want the same thing but are you sure about this because once we have sorted it all and booked it all we won't be able to cancel it' she said. 'I'm sure, I think we should do this.' 'Okay let's talk to our managers and see if we can make this happen' she said. A big smile came over my face 'it's going to be brilliant' I said. She smiled back at me as she snuggled back into my chest. 'I love you so much, I can't wait for this new journey.' 'I love you too' I replied.
