By the time the dilapidated fences were in view, the tension in the car had doubled by ten fold.

The fences swing open and I see Carl and Carol, as the injured warriors and I exit the worrisome pair let out a breath.

Maggie holds me up as my vision dims, the world swirling till Carl comes over. I lazily ruffle his hair as Rick asks where Hershel is, giving his son a glance.

"Where's Daryl?"

I glance at the childless mother and sigh sadly, the world wooshing "He's alive."

She stares at me before turning back to Rick and her wave of questions, allowing me to enter the cells, Glenn quickly swooping onto my other side to help.

We enter the dining and find a group in it, they stare at Glenn and me, I prop myself on a table and wave Maggie on.

She pinches her lips and whispers, glancing at the newcomers "You sure?"

I grunt and nod, sighing as I press into my rib "Not my first rodeo, I'll be good till Glenn is done."

She sighs and helps Glenn into the cell block, I stare at the foursome. A boy my age, and a man that looks like him, but with a beard. Son and father. And two black adults. Same honey eyes. Couple?

I nod to them, ignoring the weary eyes of the foursome as I grimace "Hi, who are you four?"

The white dad glances at this comrades and speaks sternly "Who are you?"

I glance at him and cough a small laugh before closing my eyes, wincing "You- you're funny. I'm Lucy, I'm apart of the group. So out of the safety of my group, I ask who the new people names are, and you're defensive?" my voice drops an octave as I glare "You're a funny man."

The man smiles slightly, shifting as he glances at the cell block is "And that's threatening. What would you do about it? You're injured."

I smile and glance at my hands, bloodstained from the men I killed, I tilt my head, smiling coldly "Hmm, well-" I release my hands on my rib and wave it at them "It isn't my blood."

At the exchange of looks from the black duo I blink, holding my ribs "Don't worry, self-defense. I'm trying to be a good host."

I shift the vest on my shoulders and glance at the cell block as I sigh roughly "Ah, sorry. I know that they can be threatening sometimes and they don't mean to be so... rough. But I'm sure you heard of Rick."

I wait and the large black guy nods, smiling slightly "Yeah, the leader."

I nod, shutting my eyes tightly for a second as the room spins, when it passes I open my eyes "Sorry, bit-" I wave my finger in a circle with a slight groan " nauseous."

We hear a soft cry of a baby and I turn my head to the cell block door, watching as the others follow my gaze, the kid speaking for the first time "Your sister?"

I blink and stare at him, shaking my head "No, I'm an only child."

The black guy smiles slightly at the black woman, speaking "Well, I'm Tyrese and this is my sister Sasha."

I nod, staring at the door, Michonne coming in and plopping next to me.

I blink at her before at the strangers, nodding my head at the white family "And them? What're their names."

The father glares and I hold my hand up, turning my head to face Michonne "Hows Glenn?"

She tilts her head, her eyes glinting. I stare at her and sigh lightly, grunting "Get checked out?"
