interlude: vengeance

To those who have tried,
who will try in the future,
and who shall try again and again
to bring me and those I love
down to rock bottom;
to attempt to poison our hearts, bodies, and souls;
to try and take away what makes us who we are;
to try to kill our dignity and integrity;
to demand us to fit to their standards;
to remind us to never speak our minds;
to break our divine spirits;
to tell us we are not wingless angels,
but that we are nothing without our demons we hide within;
to whisper in our ears and dare say,
"You are not worthy of Him,"
and to those who abuse their powers
to tear others like us apart
and to bring us down to Hell with them-

to those who have and/or will
threaten my brothers and sisters
into awakening their demons
and making them bring down others and themselves
as those who wish to control us
have succumbed to already-

I shall not stand by and let you take away
our rights...
power...
souls...
everything we stand for
and everything that we are
and turn us into something far worse.

I shall not stand by and watch
but shall lay my vengeance upon those
who dare oppose my brothers, sisters, and I....

and when I strike down with my weapon made out of my soul's broken pieces,
you shall know never to mess with me,
for you will know we are not toys
that you can deal with like cards-

you will know we are human beings
with divine spirits
fighting to be brought up, not down.
And whether or not vengeance is the right call,
you shall deserve whatever strikes down upon your very mere soul
and realize how truly terrifying it is

to be me.
