Misunderstandings

now I was sitting in my room by the window trying to make sense of everything that has happened in the past few days!

I check to see a text from sammy

sammy🙈

"look I'm sorry for what happened the other day I didn't mean to order you around like that and what I said about jack was somewhat right and somewhat wrong. Jack is known for getting laid all the time in school he's the guy that just uses girls and it's easy for him and I do the same ... But that's not the point. We've been best buddies since old times but last year I really liked this girl ashley and jack knew I was getting serious but he somehow made her his one night stand ... I was really fuckin upset you know it fuckin hurts! he was my bestfriend and he knew I really liked ashley but he fuckin slept with her. Since then we don't talk and that's why he made that comment about you being my girlfriend .... ; I hope you understood what I'm trying to say. "

I just stared at the screen blankly trying to make sense of it all . Now it made sense why they hated each other. It made sense why sammy and jack both wanted me to stay away from one another.

I texted sammy back :-

"I'm sorry for acting that way and thank you for being honest I believe you i hope everything is normal between us now 😊"

"btw could u text me jack's number??"

a while later I got jack's number I was too afraid to confront him so I just texted him.

me: "hi jack it's hanna.."

jack: "where the fuck did you get my number from???"

me: it doesn't matter jack . I'm sorry okay , can we meet up or somethin I need to talk to you.

"jack: fine. You can come over in 15.

It was about 2pm so I decided to get ready maybe I wanted to impress jack or maybe I was just rushing I recently just broke up with jake in a way this is going too fast that reminded me I've been too busy to even text jake so I texted him

Me: hi jake how's it going i miss you 🙈"

I straightened my hair , did my makeup I decided to wear red lipstick , it was pretty hot outside so I decided to wear a see through crop top with high waisted light washed shorts and a pair of blue vans. I looked at myself in the mirror and saw my top expose my shoulder and my collarbone scar so I decided to put bandaids on it.

I told my brother about jack and how he's our neighbor and he didn't have a problem with me going over since he's already been going out making friends , finding new girls.

I don't know why but i was nervous to see jack .

I knock on the door -

The door opens and I see jack wearing some sweat pants hanging loosely at his waist and a black v neck shirt which was exposing his toned abs.

I could see jack checking me out "I see someone dressed up for me" he winked " like what you see" I said jokingly he muttered "mhmm, come in" his house was somewhat like mine well it makes sense bc it's right next to my house so it's the same outline and stuff.

now we are sitting on the couch jack was sitting next to me and I had butterflies in my stomach by now.

"so what did you wanna talk about" he said "well about the past few days .. I'm sorry for what I said I didn't mean to hurt you, I talked to sammy he told me about you guys ... about ashley ... it all makes sense now" i said nervously Jack just sat there looking at me I was trying to study his expressions but I couldn't tell what he was thinking "I just wanna know your side of the story" I say quietly but I'm sure he heard me.

"I did not sleep with ashley. Yes I may go around sleeping with random girls but not her. I knew how sammy felt about her. It was all a misunderstanding I never slept with her. I remember it was the party at my house and she was really drunk and she was in my room and she changed into one of my shirts . She was on my bed so I decided to sleep on the floor. I got up to go drink water and I remember sammy coming in he seen her in my shirt and he assumed I fucked her. He didn't even let me explain and we just started punching each other .... Ashley had a hangover she didn't remember anything since then me and sammy .... Ehh don't really talk" he said awkwardly.

I just sat there listening to him carefully I didn't even realize how close he was sitting to me. I was sitting in the corner and his arm was around the couch and his other hand was touching the side of my leg which made me feel all tingly inside.

"Jack" I whispered " I'm sorry and I'm gonna try to sort out this confusion between you two .." I say "you know you look really hot when you're sad" he said coming more closer to me I blushed and mouthed "thank you"

"I don't know what it is hanna but you are making me fall for you , I've never felt this way before for anyone else . The first day I saw you I knew you had an affect on me that's why I flipped out to see you with someone else ...." He said while looking at my face carefully "jack I ... this is all so quick I don't know what to sa-" he cut me off " you don't feel the same way about me? come on don't you see what we have it's a spark I'm fuckin falling for you so hard don't you fuckin get what you are doing to me" he said.

I knew I liked jack ever since I saw him , I barely know him but I want to get to know him it was like a love at first sight kind of thing and there was only one way to answer his question.

I got up from my seat stood infront of jack and sat on his lap I put my legs on each side of him and admired his beautiful face ---- our faces were inches apart jack looked at my lips and I nodded I dipped my head down to kiss him ; he bit on my lip to ask for permission he slowly entered his tongue in my mouth while his hand wandered on my lower back and the other hand on my shoulder keep us together I took that opportunity to flare my hands in his hair and bring his face closer the kiss was slow and passionate he was being so gentle as if I was a fragile glass and I could break if he didn't go softly and carefully .

Jacks hand was on my shoulder where my bandaid was and he was putting so much pressure on it . It was hurting me so much but I didn't wanna break the kiss we were too busy kissing when I heard my phone go off and I jumped and looked at my phone on the couch next to me I could see jack looking at my phone as we broke the kiss .

The phone read :

"Jake baby💘"

I miss you so much babe I love you so fuckin much I miss your kisses the most😍😘".
