Yeah.... sure you're sane. Two quotes today:

It's okay, no one is perfectly sane. We're all insane to varying degrees sometimes.
If you haven't read any of Terry Pratchett's books, I highly recommend it (unless you don't like funny;). He is a master of satire. If you know the reference, it's hilarious. If you don't, it just seems like part of the story. He crosses things that should never be crossed.
If you do decide to read his books, I would start with "The Colour of Magic." Admittedly, some of his writing is targeted for more mature audiences, but most of it is good. "The Wee Free Men" is for younger audiences, if you're interested.
