I caught up to MJ and slipped my hand into hers, where once again, she wasn't burning.

"Can you even feel my temperature, change?" I asked her.

"A little bit but not by much. I think it's whatever they did to me. I was able to do something like you but still mine." She said.

"We'll figure it out later. Together." I said and she softly smiled at that.

"Together. Thank you for coming to find me."

"Always." I said and raised her hand where I placed a kiss on the back of her hand.

"Before I blacked out, I saw a Skrull take my place."

"Ya, that was easy to find out. You called me, babe while in uniform." I said and she looked at me in shock before she laughed.

"Told you that'd come in handy."

"I know." I said before we got back to mom.

"Mom." I said and she turned around and gave me a smile.

"Mom, this is my girlfriend, Michelle Jones. MJ, this is my mom. Carol Danvers." I said.

"It's nice to meet you, ma'am. Peter's told me wonderful stories about you." MJ said.

"It's nice to meet you too, Michelle. I've been hearing funny stories of you keeping my son and the others in line, and more." Mom said and i smiled with a shrug.

"Someone has to. Now, where's the government?" She asked and I pointed out the building.

"It's in there. But I think I might have burned it to much, to work." I said.

"One way to find out." She said and stepped in.

"PETER, WHAT THE FUCK?!" She yelled into the comm which made me jump before I rubbed the back of my head, while mom laughed.

"At least it's not on our planet where we'd have to fill out a shit ton of paperwork!" I said and she grumbled as she walked all the way up.

"Oh I really like her." Mom said once she could breath, and I smiled at that.

"She gets even better. Just wait." I said before I walked away to help the Guardians talk to the others, when I heard a loud beeping noise come from another building. I frowned before I walked and followed the noise until I got to a table, where I sat my hand on it, making a audio file appear.

"If anyone can hear me, Xander is in need of assistance. I repeat, Xander is in need of assistance. A group of people calling themselves the Black Order and Thanos are attacking us, for the Power Stone. The Nova Corps are being wiped out, as our the civilians. The attack was to sudden so we couldn't' evacuate the civilians. I beg of you. Please help us. I'm not sure how much longer we can last." They said before there was an explosion her shouting out orders before the audio was cut. I felt my blood turn cold for a moment before I ran out of the building where I told the Guardians.

"The Black Order is made up of our siblings, and they aren't weak. They obey Thanos without fault." Nebula said.

"Ya, we're not weak either, and I still know a few people who might be willing to help out. You guys all head out immediately, I'll tell Mom and MJ, maybe see if I can rally a few Kree to help out, before THor and I leave for New Asgard. See if we can rally a few allies there before taking the Bifrost over." I said and they nodded, started to walk away when I grabbed Nova.

"I know you want to rage, but hold it in. Control it. The more control you have, the more powerful your attacks will be." I said and he nodded.

"See you soon." Nova said before he walked off, and I quickly went back to mom, and told her. She nodded.
