It's been a very long time since both you and the two lads haven't talked nor interacted much with one another. All of you were busy rehabilitating yourselves whilst focusing more on schoolwork, especially since school is almost ending.

You're currently walking down the hallway while carrying a huge box filled with lots of things, which doesn't give much space for you to see what's in front of you, to be brought to your next subject for a school activity.

As you walked down, you suddenly bumped into someone. The both of you almost lost your balance but luckily, no one fell.

"I'm sorry," You quickly apologized as you quickly regained your posture, moving your head to the side to see who you bumped into.

"O-Oh, Taehyung..." You added, quite surprised by his presence.

"It's fine. You okay?" He asked, seeming a little worried.

"Yes, I'm alright..." You answered as you let out a faint nervous laugh.

"I see," He plainly replied.

"Well, I'll be on my way then. Bye!" You said, breaking off the almost awkward silence along with a quick smile and went on your way.

"Yah..."

You suddenly stopped as you heard Taehyung calling your attention.

"Um, could you tell me already what it is 'cause I am in a hurry you know," You stated, a little annoyed.

"Don't act like as if we're strangers though," He said as you could hear his footsteps slowly going towards you.

"What do you mea-"

Before you could finish your sentence, you felt an embrace from behind.

"I miss you."

Your face suddenly flushed as your heart beat fast, your mind almost going blank.

"Well, you better hurry like you said. You got your next class coming up, right?" He assured as he lightly hit the back of your head with the back of his fist, saying it in a mischievous way along with a teasing smile.

"I-I know that!" You retorted, quickly coming back to your senses and immediately walked ahead.

"Alright, class. So for this last homeroom period for today is going to be mostly focused on announcements and other important matters..." The teacher stated as she's about to start her oration.

"First, I'd like to ask on how is everyone doing today?" She questioned, and in response, most students would just answer random answers in a bored tone while others don't even have the energy to do so.

"Okay, um, I see that everyone seems exhausted from all the school activities happening this year..." She remarked as she let out a faint chuckle.

"Anyway, another important thing that I would like to remind the class..." She paused, giving a moment of suspense while students just don't really care about it.

"...is your upcoming prom that's going to happen this week."

Your mind suddenly stopped for a bit after hearing it. You just only remembered it now.

Bruh...this is the royal gown and suit competition that's suppose to happen ages ago but was put on halt due to 'some reasonable circumstances'. But I didn't know that it'll happen this week, and even making it a part of the prom event!
