Kimmon's POV

As soon as I finished my breakfast I realized that I had agreed to meet up with my new friend Tul Pakorn in the open deck of the cabin where our cabins were situated.

I mean, we don't share the same cabin. His cabin just happened to be right across from mine.

We had met when we were both falling in line to board this cruise ship. And then, wonder of wonders, it turned out that we were going to be neighbors in this cruise ship.

Tul was a very good conversationalist. He took away the boredom of having to wait in line by engaging me in all kinds of subjects.

Before we parted ways last night we had agreed to meet up in the open deck outside our cabins. He was an early riser, he had said, but he was not a breakfast person. He liked to skip breakfast but he made sure that he had a good nutritious lunch and dinner.

I wasn't much of a breakfast eater myself but I made sure that I started my day with a little something in my stomach, even if it might be just a piece of plain toast.

I excused myself from Plan, the guy who was sharing my breakfast table.

The circumstances of my meeting with Plan was crazy. He had bumped into me because he was moving forward but looking the opposite way, and I was just intent on reaching my table so I did not expect him to bump hard enough to cause our trays to go crashing to the floor.

If I did not have an agreement to meet up with Tul I would have stayed longer to get to know Plan better but I did not want to keep Tul waiting or worse, to think that I had stood him up.

I could see the disappointment in Plan's face when I stood up to excuse myself, but it could not be helped. Perhaps I would bump into him another time, but not the kind of disastrous bump that we had earlier.

When I walked out into the open deck of the floor where our cabins were located, he was already there.

I saw him leaning against the railing, looking out into the sea.

His side view was very eye-catching. He was very attractive indeed. On top of that, he was very smart and knowledgeable.

"Hey," I called out, as a way of greeting him.

He turned around and smiled at me.

Damn, that killer smile did things to my heart rate.

I walked slowly towards him in the best model style walk that I could muster.

I saw him assessing me up and down.

"Do you like the view?" I asked provocatively.

"Of the sea? Yeah," he said, still smiling.

Damn again, this guy was a teaser.

"Tell me again why you don't eat breakfast even if you're an early riser," I said after I joined him beside the railing.

"Because I'd rather eat a different kind of breakfast that's not related to food at all," he said, fixing his gaze on my lower lip.

Goddamn, why did he have this effect on me.

"What are your plans for the rest of the day?" I asked, trying to keep my voice from quivering.

"I was thinking of taking a dip in the pool and enjoying the sun until lunchtime," he said, "you wanna join me?"
