Kimmon's POV

As soon as I felt the sting of Copter's hand against my cheek and as soon as he slammed the door shut on my face, I realized the enormity of the mistake I had just committed.

I vowed to make amends to him as soon as I could.

I went back to my cabin feeling dejected and disappointed with myself.

I asked myself what the hell was I doing spending my time with Tul when the whole time it was Copter I should have been spending time with.

Wait, I knew why. I knew what had kept me away from Copter. He had a boyfriend.

That guy Max. The guy who had sent a well aimed blow to my face. My poor face had suffered two injuries in one night.

But then my fuzzy brain remembered how Copter had yelled to Max, "We are over, Max! We are over, even if there wasn't really nothing official between us!"

So then, Copter was single!

Unless, wait, who was that other guy who was with him in his cabin who had asked Copter if I was the Kimmon that Max had said was Copter's boyfriend.

My brain started reeling in my head.

Just how many guys in this ship was after Copter? Goddamn!

I fell asleep feeling hopeless at the thought that I had too much competition for Copter's attention.

I had to think carefully of the best possible ways to beat the competition and win Copter's heart.

Copter's POV

After I slammed the door shut on Kimmon, I started to wonder whether I had been too harsh on him.

I started to feel sorry that I had hit him in the face. He must still have been feeling the pain of the mean punch that Max had dealt him earlier in the open deck.

But of course, he still should not have done what he just did, expecting to come into my cabin tonight and violating me like I was someone who was into one night stands.

Wait, was that how he thought of me? That I was an easy person who slept around with any and all who wanted to have fun with me for the night?

Forget you, Kimmon, if you think I am that kind of person, forget you to hell.

I turned off the light and went to bed.

Sleep did not come easy to me even if my brain still had the effects of the Long Island Iced Tea.
