Third Person POV
After Earth walked away from the open deck, Podd proceeded to his own cabin to change into swimwear.
When he got to the pool area, Earth was already there, but wait, he was talking with some good looking guy, and they were holding hands!
Podd walked quickly towards them but before he could reach them, the other guy jumped into the pool.
Podd did not want to feel upset because he knew that he had no right to be jealous of whom ever Earth wanted to be with, but Podd could not ignore the sting of jealousy that tore through his chest.
"Just how many boyfriends do you have on this ship?" he asked Earth angrily.
His voice must have been too loud, or he must have spoken too close to his ear because Earth jumped at the sound of Podd's voice.
"Jesus Christ, Podd, when will you ever learn that assuming things is the root cause of a lot of problems and tragedies?" Earth could not help raising his voice and placing both hands against either hip in a confrontational manner.
That caught the attention of some passengers who were in the pool.
Suddenly someone from the far end of the pool started to chant, "Fight! Fight! Fight!"
Earth and Podd looked at each other wide eyed. Earth had already curled his hands into a fist.
"Fight! Fight! Fight!" the chanting continued.

Earth found himself getting grabbed by the neck but instead of getting hit, he felt Podd's lips pressed against his.
Earth could not react immediately.
The chanting had changed to "Kiss! Kiss! Kiss! Kiss! Kiss!" followed by cheers and whistles.
Suddenly everyone heard a booming voice from a megaphone.
"I order everyone to cease and desist from making any further commotion in order to preserve and maintain the peace in the environment! I will not hesitate to use force if necessary... "
The security officer's announcement was interrupted by a voice telling him loudly, "We were not fighting! My boyfriend was just kissing me!"
Podd looked wide eyed at Earth. Did he hear Earth right or was he just having an auditory hallucination?
Podd continued to watch Earth wide eyed as Earth slowly walked back to him and then stopped right in front of him. His hands were on either hip once more in a confrontational manner.
