The image above is an image of kimchi. For those who don't know, kimchi is a delicious spicy Korean side dish which goes well with practically any main dish.
Simply because I needed to kick a little excitement into our lovely boys' dreary existence on the island, I thought why not pair Kimmon with Chimon for just a little while, hence the name of the pair being "Kimchi".

When I woke up, I realized that I had fallen asleep in my P'Kim's warm and protective arms.
The loud blast of the incoming ship's horn awakened not only P'Kim but everyone else on the island as well.
Aside from the sound of the incoming ship, we also heard the whirring of helicopters and saw two of them hovering directly above the shore.
We had been found! We were all going to be rescued! It was time for us to go back home!
Suddenly I felt a wave of sadness wash over my whole being. I was going home without Pluem! Would I ever see Pluem again?
"You don't look too happy at the thought of being rescued," I was startled by P'Kim's voice. He was studying my face intently. Did he read my thoughts?
I tried to make a little sound of laughter but it sounded more like a sob.
"It may sound crazy to you," I said, "but I believe I'm going to miss this island."
"Would you believe, me too," P'Kim remarked.
And then as we saw everyone else rushing to meet the incoming ship, P'Kim held me by the waist and raised me to my feet.

I was in a painful dilemma. I wanted P'Kim to hold me close a little bit longer and feel his warm and sturdy arms around me, but my mind kept going back to Pluem.
