Her short blonde hair blows in the wind as she lights a cigarette. The long road is busy and tiring her out, yet her excitement to go back home keeps her awake.

She blows out smoke and grins when she enters her hometown. 5 years ago she left for college, her family all so proud of her for going to college and graduating cum laude. Now she's back, with the knowing that she never wants to leave.

Corrie parks her white beetle in the parking lot of TM. She's aware of the stares of the mechanics in the garage, yet she ignores them. The only love she's ever had is Jax Teller, the VP of the Sons.

Excitement builds in her stomach; she can't wait to see her family.

"What must one do to get some service here?" she asks as she spots Gemma in the office. The matriarch of SAMCRO stands up with vengeance as she tackles her into a hug

"Baby! You're back!" Gemma exclaims. The Queen hugs Corrie even tighter as Corrie laughs.

Gemma Teller-Morrow – known as a bitch to all – loves Corrie with everything in her. She's always wanted a daughter to love and Corrie fills that role. Gemma never approved of any woman in Jax's life because Corrie is the only one that mattered anyway.

"I'm done with college and Charming is the only place I want to live in" Corrie says

Gemma smiles, "We're all so proud of you baby. Graduating cum laude – you're the only smart one here"

Corrie laughs, "That's bullshit and you know it. How've you been Gem? Thanks for the graduating present by the way"

"You're welcome" Gemma smiles, the graduating present Gemma mailed to her is hanging proudly on Corrie's wrist – the diamonds glistering in the sun. "I've been good, doing my thing, keeping out of trouble"

Corrie chuckles, "Is that even possible?"

"Watch it" Gemma grins, "Your old man know you're here?"

"I wanna surprise Piney and Opie."

"Wasn't talking 'bout Piney and Opie. Talking 'bout Jax"

"Gemma" Corrie rolls her eyes, "Jax ain't my old man and you know it"

"Yet" Gemma deadpans, "He's missed you, you know. My son's not so happy without you in his life"

"I'm still in his life, he's still in mine. I'd never love another man, but five years is a long time and I know Jackson has moved on"

Gemma rolls her eyes, "nah baby, he might have pussy during the years of you being gone, but he's never had another love"

"How do you know that?" she asks hopefully, she'd love nothing more than to have Jax Teller as her old man; her husband.

"He told me"

Corrie's excitement grew when she parked her car in the Winston household – Donna's car is in the driveway as is her older brother's and dad's bikes.

She knocks on the door and smiles when she hears her nephew's voice yelling 'coming'

Kenny opens the door and grins when he sees his aunt, "Auntie Co!" he yells and Corrie laughs as the young boy flings himself on her for a tight hug.

"Hi my handsome man, look at you, what? Are you 21 now?" she teases as Kenny releases her.

"No, I'm 15, but handsome"

Corrie laughs, "You most certainly are" she hugs him again. "Where's the rest of the family?"

"Out back, come on! Pops is here as well"

Kenny leads her by the hand outside, "Look who's here!" he exclaims.

Ellie runs up to her aunt first and hugs her tightly, "I missed you!"

"I missed you too sweet girl. You've gotten so beautiful Ellie-banana"

"Like you and mommy!" Ellie says and Corrie grins, she kisses her niece's forehead as her dad; sister and brother walk up to her.

"You're back!" Donna squeals, her best friend – sister – is back. It's no secret that Donna hates the club after what it's done to Opie – letting him go to jail and almost ruining her family – but she has an anchor in Corrie and tries to find the love and happiness Corrie found within the club life.

"I'm back, for good" Corrie hugs Donna tightly, "Missed you"

"Missed you too" Donna kisses her cheek.

Piney is the next one to hug his younger daughter, "look at you, my beautiful college graduate. You're back in the life of chaos and mass-destruction"

He kisses her forehead and Corrie breathes in her dad's familiar scent of whiskey; pipe-smoke and aftershave.

"It's where I'm supposed to be" Corrie says. Piney hugs her one last time.

"Yo, pops, my turn" Opie grumbles with a smile. Corrie laughs and jumps into her brother's arms. Her small body disappears into Opie's large frame as he swings her around.

"I can't believe you're back" he mumbles into his sister's blonde hair.

"I'm home Ope"
