"Daddy" Jax wakes up groggily. Abel's playing with his truck, driving it around on his dad's stomach. "Daddy"
"Hey buddy" Jax smiles and rubs the sleep out of his eye, "How do you feel?"
"I'm hungry" Abel points over to the other bed where Corrie was sleeping. "Shhh daddy mommy sleeping"
Jax smiles, he ruffles Abel's blonde hair. He looks over at his wife. She looks so peaceful sleeping, like all worry suddenly disappeared. His heart clenches at the thought that he continues hurting her.
"I see that bud. Do you want food?"
Abel nods his head vigorously
"What do you want to eat?"
"Pancake!" Abel grins, "Like mommy makes!"
Jax chuckles, "That's a good choice bud. I'm not sure I'll get it right like mom does but I'll try"
Abel nods and drives his truck around on the spot Jax just abandoned. Jax gives his son a kiss on his head and leaves the hospital room to find a place that makes pancakes.

"So we meet again" A woman says startling the blonde out of his day dreaming as he stands in line to order pancakes. "Every time in a food store"
Jax frowns confused, the woman sure does look familiar, he's just not sure from where. "Do I know you?"
"Yeah honey. I met you a few months ago in the hospital cafeteria, you were buying sweets for your fiancée. But I must say, I haven't ever seen this fiancée."
Jax rolls his eyes, "She's my wife now" He flashes his wedding ring.
"Congratulations" The girl smirks, "My offer still stands, if things get boring with the old ball and chain, call me. I assume you still have my number"
He smirks, "I threw it away. I'm good with my wife, but thanks"
The mysterious girl chuckles as she twirls a hair around her finger. She hands him another number, seductively sliding it into his jean pocket. "You won't throw it away a second time honey"
She winks at him and walks away.
Jax sighs loudly
"Shit"

Chibs finds Corrie in Abel's hospital room packing up his belongings. The little boy is discharged to go home today.
"Hey sweetheart, need a hand?" He asks crouching down in front of her. Corrie gives him a small smile, "Thanks Chibbies."
"How are you holding up?" He asks as he stares at the blonde. He misses the sparkly eyed, bubbly girl. Now, her green eyes are drained of life.
"I'm good" She smiles at him
"That's not convincing"
Corrie chuckles, "Yeah I didn't think it was. I've had better days, but holding in there"
"Good" Chibs packs in the last toy, "Don't give up on him. Jax ain't got a chance without you"
Corrie sighs, "I can't remember the last meaningful conversation we had Chibs. We're drifting from each other and I don't have the energy to fight for us anymore"
"Don't say that Corrie, you two are solid together. He needs you more than he will ever admit."
"I miss him, a lot. I just wish he'd speak to me."
"That boy's ego is too big, too proud to talk first. He loves you, remember that"
Corrie smiles and kisses the Scot's cheek, "Who knew you'd be so wise?"
