The couple has three more rounds of sex before moving to the bedroom.

Corrie lies on Jax's sweaty chest as he runs his fingers through her hair. He gives her a kiss on the forehead.

"Thank you" Jax says

"For what?"

"Thank you for giving me another chance. I know I'm not completely out of the dog box, but I'm willing to do anything you want me to do to completely get us out of this mess"

Corrie stays silent as she presses kisses to his chest, "It's not just your fault Jax. I shouldn't have asked for space, I should have helped you deal with Opie's death. You and I aren't good alone, we need each other."

Jax tightens his grip around her causing her to look at him. His eyes are filled with tears. Jax inwardly curses himself for being a pussy wimp. He's always so damn vulnerable when it comes to Corrie without her even trying.

"You were right... when Ope died I stopped giving a shit about the vision. I was arrogant for thinking I could change the club."

Corrie lifts herself up so she lies on his body. She buries her head in his neck and gives it a gentle kiss. "You are not arrogant Jackson Teller, well, not with this" she teases causing him to chuckle. "The only reason why you wanted to follow through with J.T's vision; was because you knew you'd be able to change this club."

"I'm not strong enough to do that. Piney is dead and Opie is dead and I... I'm not strong enough."

"You are the strongest man I know. You've lost so much yet you're able to get up every day and go on. This club is your future baby, please do not let it change you. I need you as the man you are now. Your son needs you to be the dad you now are."

Jax nods with tears in his eyes, "If something ever happens to me-"

"Nothing will happen to you" She cuts him off fiercely.

"Babe" Jax whispers, "If something happens to me, you take Abel and you leave this goddamn place. None of the guys will shun you, they'll all help you pack up and leave. But you go. You go make a living somewhere else."

Corrie pulls herself up so she's eye-level to him, "Nothing will happen to you. Do not ever say shit like that again. I've told you this before; I can't live without you Jackson. I don't ever want to live without you."

He smiles sadly, "I don't know why. I'm a criminal – a murderer. I don't know why you love me"

Corrie grins, "Because you're sexy as hell"

Jax smirks, "I'm serious"

She kisses him on the lips, "Because I don't see you as a criminal or a murderer, I see you as the man who makes me happier than I have ever been. A man that took me back after I left him, a man that gave me a beautiful life and a man that made me his wife."

"That rhymes"

Corrie laughs at Jax as he smirks down at her, "Who's the funny one now?"

Jax grins, "You're not funny darling, I mean I laugh at your jokes to make you feel better but you're not the stand-up comedian you think you are"

She narrows her eyes and punches him in the gun. He rolls around in faux pain as both of them laugh. "I'm kidding"

Corrie grins, "Hey baby, are you a keyboard?"

Upon Jax's 'what the fuck' look, she continues, "Because you're my type"

He laughs and kisses her lips. "That was pathetic"

"I am funny and if you don't tell me I'm funny, I'll never put out again"

Jax smirks, "You're hilarious – a real comedian"

"I thought so"
