Why Have I Done This??? (Lams Oneshots)

A/N - my best friend for the last three years and I just ended our friendship. (We'll call her C) It kind of started toxic but we were best buds anyway. She was always kind of egotistical but I loved her anyway because my friends are so fucking important to me. We used to say that we were two halves of a whole idiot and we had really stupid inside jokes like "the rain come sideways". This past year she became very toxic. She would always make fun of how much I love getting comments from y'all and how proud I am of my stories. She stopped caring about us and only cared about D&D. One of our other friends (we'll call her K) had to move out of San Antonio (where I live) to Castroville (which is like 45 minutes away) and we never get to see her anymore. I was able to get K into our Homecoming dance and C refused to go. My other other friend (we'll call her A) wasn't going to HOCO and when she heard K was coming she immediately got a ticket. C blew off reconnecting with one our closest friends to play D&D and it bewilders me how little she cares about us.
   I've been giving her free rides since freshman year and she is making me pay her to give me a ride home only on Mondays. She says that she needs money because her parents only give her a select amount every week. That's respectable but she always goes off campus for lunch. She goes to her house and eats stuff that you can pack for lunch. She bullies people into buying food for her and never sits with us anymore.
   She is one of my best friends and it breaks my heart to read the letter she gave me. When I tried to talk to her about it she shut down and told me to "choose my words carefully". I'm the friend who always fixes everything and I'm normally very versed in how to word conversations but with her this morning I just couldn't. Even though she's made me very angry she's still my best friend and I love her. I just...I don't know what to do anymore. This isn't just a story I can go back and edit. This isn't something I can fix and it's killing me. I'm sorry if you read this all the way through. Thanks for putting up with me.
