Keep The Stars At Night

You can keep the stars at night
Go and hide the moon from me
You can take all the sunlight
And may burn away the sea
But if you take her from me now
I will turn my back on you
To the dark side I will bow
If that's what I have to do
In Eden with Adam and Eve
You set the rules your way
But we were shown we could believe
There could be our way!
We are born so we can die
All the way through history
So just for once turn a blind eye
Let me keep my mystery
It is me that she loves more
You don't have to prove a point
You've done all of this before
So why must you disappoint
So I'll remind you once again
That if you touch her soul
I've made myself extremely plain
My dark side takes control
I will join the rest of them
Who lie in wait and slumber
We'll battle you until the end
Your days are getting numbered
I know that you are God
That you have a master plan
But I find it really odd
That you have to mess with man
I will sign the Dark Lord's pact
Fight you for eternity
You don't need to take her back
You have enough company
