Narrator's POV
"Hey, wake up. Wake up!"
Y/N faintly heard someone's voice whisper-yelling her name, disturbing her from her sleep. "Go away. I'm tired," she muttered out.
Suddenly that same person grabbed both of her hands and pulled her up, so that she was in a sitting position.
"Oh, come on," Y/N moaned out grumpily.
Lisa rolled her eyes and snapped her fingers in the other girl's face till she opened her eyes.
Y/N didn't know who she was expecting it to be, but she certainly didn't think this pain in the ass would be Lisa. And now the confusion from last night came back to her. She's pretty sure that the person last night, was Lisa. And now the person she sees first waking up is also her. But... huh? What the fuck?
"Get out of the house before the rest wakes up and causes a big scene."
Y/N grabbed onto her forehead. Her headache was throbbing really bad, and she's really feeling like throwing up.
Lisa sighed to herself and grabbed the Aspirin from the coffee table right next to them, placing it in the Y/E/C-eyed girl's hand. Y/N just kinda stared at it like she's completely lost, making the older girl wanna facepalm herself. "It's not gonna poison you. You're having a hangover right now, so just swallow it, go wash your face and I'll bring you home."
The Y/E/C-eyed girl did as she was told, with of course, a certain degree of difficulties. Finally, she managed to stumble her way to Lisa's car, where the brunette has already been waiting for her for a while.
After giving Lisa her address, there wasn't much conversation going on. But there actually isn't one needed, because Y/N was still hungover as fuck and Lisa didn't really seem like she wanted to talk to the other girl either.
At a red light, Lisa quickly ducked in the backseats to grab her backpack before dumping it on Y/N's lap. "Go open it. It's got food in it."
Y/N slowly zipped open the backpack and saw a large bottle of water in it along with a box of grapes and berries and a sandwich. "Do you want me to feed you while you're driving or...?"
Lisa rolled her eyes again. "I packed them for you."
"But I'm not hungry," Y/N said as she opened the box of fruits and popped a berry in her mouth.
"They're antioxidants, they're supposed to make you feel less hungover and just lessen the effects of alcohol in your body. And the sandwich is for a breakfast, it's just gonna restore your blood sugar back to the normal level because breaking down alcohol causes your blood sugar level to drop and--" She realized that she was explaining it all too deeply and that Y/N probably wasn't in the right state to listen to all of that, so she just cut herself off. "They're just supposed to help you with your hangover."
"Thanks." Y/N smiled. "So... you just randomly happened to have all this knowledge?"
"I did some research."
The Y/E/C-eyed girl wanted to comment on how sweet that was, but by the look on Lisa's face, that seemed to be a slip up that she didn't want to let her know, so she just kept her mouth shut.
It was really sweet though, like okay, maybe she's lowkey been a bitch towards her the whole morning (and maybe not just this morning), but she did do some research to find out how to take the best care of her. And now we're back at it again with the mixed signals because does she care about her now or not? I mean, she really could've just thrown her out of the house and told her to figure it out.
