Narrator's POV

Bringing Y/N to her car was a lot of fun for Lauren. Getting out of this house in one piece was already hard enough with this many people in the room, and now she also had to drag a drunk person along with her.

She carefully threw the Y/E/C-eyed girl into the passenger seat before closing the door and walking to the driver's side.

After she's settled inside her car too, she pulled out her phone and shot Dani a text. Almost right away, she received back a text that she's coming now.

While waiting for her sister, she glanced over to Y/N and saw her leaning with her head against the window glass with her eyes closed. Sighing to herself, she leaned over to the other girl, intending to just put on her seat belt for her.

However, after she's clicked the seat belt on and backed away again from her, a pair of Y/E/C-colored eyes were staring at her now.

Lauren blushed furiously under her gaze and just looked out of the window to hide her rosy cheeks. That was somehow reminding her of how they were just making out 5 minutes ago, and yeah, now her cheeks are burning up.

She was so focused on her own thoughts that she didn't even realize Dani has finally found her way out of that party and to her car. Since it was pretty dark everywhere, the younger sister didn't see that someone was already sitting in the shotgun and just yanked the door open at the passenger side.

Y/N jolted awake from her little nap and almost fell out of the car because of that.

"Dani!" Lauren whisper-yelled.

"What? I didn't know she was leaning against it or even here in the first place," the younger sister quickly came to her own defense. "So where am I suppose to sit now?"

Lauren gestured to the backseats and gave her sister an obvious look. "There are three really beautiful, empty backseats behind me."

Dani huffed and went to sit in one of the backseats.

"So... do you even know where she lives?" the younger sister asked after the car's been driving for a while now.

"Nope," the raven-haired girl answered simply. "And since you probably don't either and I couldn't find anyone that knows where she lives, we're just taking her back to our house."

Dani leaned forward in her seat to peek at Y/N. "You do know that the fam is not gonna be happy with that, right?"

"I can't really just drop her off on the streets now though, can I?"

Dani rolled her eyes and dropped back down on her seat.

With some difficulties, Lauren and Dani managed to drag Y/N into their house, who was completely out cold now by the way.

Their parents told them to get home before midnight, so they weren't really surprised when they saw their three oldest sisters sitting sprawled out in the living room, looking pretty pissed and worried.

Christina was the first one to speak up. "You two should learn how to read the fricking clock. If mom and dad weren't so tired because of work, you guys would've been in big trouble by now. Heck, you guys are in trouble now--"

Katherine held the eldest sister back and blocked her from stalking towards the youngest two. "What Chris is meaning to say is, we were really worried about you guys. So please don't scare us again like that next time."

"There will be no next time. If you guys can't be responsible enough to even shoot us a text--" Christina started again, but got cut off once again. This time by Dani.
