Deadly 52: The Senator

Yumi's POV

I stopped the car in front of a very huge mansion. It's color is a combination of yellow and black. Nagmukha tuloy bahay ng bubuyog ang mansion na ito.

I went outside of the car and the guards outside of the gate's mansion immediately looked at me. I rolled my eyes. I am really a head turner.

I took a deep breath. "For the Queens."

Okay I admit, I feel nervous this time. Why? Because they already know that I am one of the Queens and it's not impossible that something bad may happen to me once I entered that mansion. But there is no turning back. I am already here, aatras pa ba ako?

I started walking towards the mansion and the guards immediately blocked my way.

"Who are you, miss?"

But it looks like not everyone knows who I am. That's a good news, I guess?

"I don't need to answer that. Just let me in."

"Sino ka nga?"

I frowned with that tone. Is it my obligation to tell my name to people? And besides, this is a funeral. So why are they blocking guests?

They were about to say something when a car suddenly arrived. Oh wrong, not car but cars. Three black and luxury cars arrived and stopped in front of the mansion. All of the guards looked at that direction including the two guards who just blocked me a while ago.

I don't know but I felt like hiding and I did. I hid myself at the back of the other cars which are also parked in front of the mansion's gate.

When I took a peek on what the hell is happening, I saw six to eight bodyguards who are all dressed with suits. Then I saw a woman that is obviously a powerful one. I can say it with just her poise and aura.

Then I noticed her face. She looks familiar to me. I don't know the exact time and place where I saw her but I am sure that I already saw her somewhere.

Who is she?

The guards of the mansion gladly approached them and treated that woman like a VIP. They know her, huh?

Nang pumasok sila sa mansion, may natira pang dalawang guards sa labas. Those bodyguards are so protective to that woman. I am curious to know who she is.

And I'll make sure this night won't end without me knowing who she is.

I started walking towards the two guards and they immediately looked at me. Sila pa din 'yung dalawa kanina kaya muntik na akong mapairap. Kung minamalas ka nga naman.

"Let me in."

"Ikaw na naman? Akala ko umalis ka na," said one, irritated.

I just look at them with a serious face. "I'll count one to three. You'll let me in or I'll kill the two of you?"

They both laughed. Like I am joking? I'm going to do that, seriously.

"Wala kang malolo—"

"Three."

I took my gun with a silencer hidden on my right thigh and ponted it to them. Their body froze and I smirked.

"Ready to die?"

I almost laughed when they began shaking because of fear. But before I can even pull the trigger, someone grabbed my arm. I was surprised to see Ethan and Giovanni the moment I looked back.

"Sorry for what she did. She was just making fun of you."

Tumaas ang kilay ko sa sinabi ni Ethan sa dalawang guards. Making fun, huh? Nice alibi, jerk.
