Deadly 84: Real Killer

Yumi's POV

I stared at them. They are now sitting in front of us and acting like nothing happened. Their wounds aren't completely healed but they are moving like they don't feel any pain.

Kings are these tough, huh?

"Hindi pa din ba siya tapos? It's been almost two hours."

I heard what Alex said but I only remained my eyes on Stephen and Giovanni. I think she's pertaining to Kaye who's releasing all of her anger outside.

"Just let her be. You know how she hates it when someone ruins her sleep," I said.

I saw in my peripheral vision that she nodded and just rested her back against the sofa.

"Hanggang kailan mo ba kami balak tignan nang ganyan?"

After some minutes of silence, Giovanni finally asked why I am staring at them for almost 30 minutes now.

I snickered. "Why? Is it forbidden to stare at the both of you?"

He just sighed and did not talk back. Well, good choice. I just don't get it why Tita Igraine chose them to be the members of the Kings when they were still kids. Like duh? These guys can't even defeat us. Although, their skills and knowledge can be par with us. But it also doesn't mean that their skills are enough to protect us. We can protect ourselves. We can fight even if we are tinier than these guys.

"Hindi pa magaling ang mga sugat ni Kaye. Hindi kaya mabinat siya sa ginagawa niya?" Alex said and her tone is a little worried.

I just sighed and stood up. They looked at me but I ignored their stares.

I went outside and I saw Shin standing outside of our gate. He's silently watching Kaye as she break the bones of the members of Dark Organization. I tsk-ed when I remembered what happened yesterday.

When Alex ordered Shin and his men to free Stephen and Giovanni, Kaye agreed to it. I guess their words gained Alex and Kaye's trust and I can't do anything about it. Kaya hinayaan ko silang pakawalan ang dalawang iyon. Dahil nakaalis na si Chino, Shin called their clan's doctor here at the Philippines just to cure their wounds. They slept in the house next to ours and I can't sleep because of that.

Why? Because I still don't trust them.

I don't know if they are telling the truth. I don't think I can believe them but I also don't think they are lying.

Basta. Magulo ang isip ko ngayon.

I also stared at Kaye as I stood inches away from Shin. I just smirked with the sight of her killing those members of that organization who suddenly came here early at the morning.

They surrounded our subdivision but Shin's men were able to capture all of them. We think that our parents or maybe, Kiana's father sent them to follow Stephen and Giovanni here because they didn't come back. Siguro nag-aalala na sila. How I wish that feeling of worry can make them suffer like how they made our lives a living hell.

Kaye evily smiled like she's enjoying what she's doing right now and doesn't feel any pain in her body with the fact that she's also wounded.

"Should we stop her?" Shin asked without looking at me.

I crossed my arms and shrugged. "The question is, can we stop her?"

He sighed and I just smirked. When Fear wants to fight alone or to kill anyone alone, no one can ever stop her. That's why we just let her kill all of them when she said that she wanted to kill them alone. But I think she's just releasing all of her anger and frustration.
