Ok, I'm going to be straight with you. This chapter isn't the greatest. I'm kind of stuck with this story at the moment. I know where it's going I'm just not sure how to get there. Don't worry, I won't pause or stop the story (I hate it when that happens). I'm just going to have to pause the Tony and Natasha part of the story, TEMPORARILY. I'm going to focus on the "terrorists" and avengers. I'm going to bring in the whole gang, (Wanda, Vision, Rhody, Steve, etc.). So don't lose hope and keep on reading.

Percy

The people who Leo pointed out walked slowly over to the table and sat down at the empty seats. The younger guy looked about 15 or 16 whereas the other guy was old enough to be a parent.

I nodded at them. "Hey, I'm Percy Jackson," I said whilst extending my hand.

The teen looked wary but shook it. "Peter Parker," he replied with a smile. I couldn't identify if it was genuine or fake. Annabeth probably could, she's great at reading people. I noticed how she shuffled away from Peter's hand. I sent her a questioning glance: you ok?

She just waved it off with her eyes: I'm fine.

The other guy, who Leo identified as the "archer guy", didn't shake my hand. I took it back.

"Oooh, rejection," Leo whispered in my ear with a grin.

"Ha ha," I laughed sarcastically.

The table sat in an awkward silence. Leo began to fiddle and built an Empire State Building out of plastic utensils. I drummed the Riptide, in pen form, on the table; much to the annoyance of Grover who was restraining himself from eating Leo's plastic Empire State Building.

Eventually Annabeth had had enough. She slammed her hands down on the table causing it to shake and Leo's masterpiece to crumble. I dropped my pen in surprise and Piper, who had been resting her head on her hand, slipped and face planted the table. Peter jumped up from his chair in surprise and the "archer guy" went to reach for a bow that wasn't on his back.

"Now that I have your attention..." Annabeth began.

"That was a very unnecessary way of getting our attention," grumbled Leo whilst he fondled the broken pieces of his construction.

With a steely storm glare, Leo was silenced and Annabeth continued.

"I think this is all a big misunderstanding Mr..." She looked to the archer.

"Barton," he answered steely.

"Mr Barton. Percy, Grover and I, aren't and never have been terrorists. We're 17."

"Explain yourselves then," Barton demanded.

"We were just in the wrong place at the wrong time," I say as innocently as my voice allowed me to.

"No one is that unlucky."

"Pffft! We are," I laughed, the entirety of our demigod and saytr joined in.

"Excuse me, but on what grounds can you consider us terrorists?" Questioned Annabeth after we'd all stopped laughing.

"Blowing up monuments, kidnapping, associating with criminal gang, possession of weapons..."
