Leave a wolf alive and the heard is never safe. Molly makes a heartbreaking discovery and witnesses Alpha's cruelty and barbaric nature first hand.

As soon as I was out of their sight, I sprinted towards the field.

My heart pounded in my mouth as my breathing quickened with every step.

Swerving and weaving in and out of the trees in anticipation of seeing my family alive and well.

Any walkers that came close to me I just shoved out of the way with my elbow as all my weapons were taken off me.

Suddenly, I heard a faint groaning noise.

It wasn't like a walker's growl, it was human.

I stopped dead, my heart still pounding as I slowly moved towards the sound and peered around a tree to see Siddiq.

He was barely alive, his face beaten and his breathing light as he lay against the trunk with his knees to his stomach.

'Siddiq?!' I said loudly as I fell to my knees in front of him.

'M-Molly' he said quietly, like he was drained of all energy.

'M-Molly I-I' he started to say, 'shh' I replied as I helped him to stand.

'We have to get out of here, now!' I said as I pulled his arm over my shoulder and held him up as we moved towards the field.

He kept trying to speak but each time I told him to conserve his energy.

Looking back, I should've let him tell me before I was forced to see it.

I saw a group of figures in the distance, standing just on the edge of the forest, at the bottom of the hilly field.

I squinted to see that it was Michonne, Yumiko, Daryl and Carol all waiting for us.

'C'mon, I can see them!' I said to Siddiq enthusiastically, my heart beat calming as I saw they were alive.

He groaned and grunted as we walked further.

'It's not far now' I said as we reached them.

'Molly!' Michonne yelled as she saw me and ran over just as we made it out of the forest.

'What the-' Daryl started as he saw me holding up Siddiq.

'What the hell happened?' Daryl continued.

'Are you okay?' Yumiko chimed in.

'I'm fine, but Siddiq is badly injured. They must have beaten him up and kept him all this time' I said breathlessly as Daryl came over to relieve me of holding up Siddiq.

'Did you see her?' Carol asked.

I nodded.

'I don't know why she didn't just kill me, she said I would figure it out but she took all our weapons. She said she's marked the border just North of this field and we can't cross it again or there will be conflict' I said seriously.

'Then she'll get conflict' Daryl said angrily.

'No, we can't. You haven't seen it...they have a massive hoard. Much larger than I've ever seen. Her people walk amongst the dead so we wouldn't even know whether they are a walker or not' I said sadly.

'We don't have much time, c'mon' I said as I marched forth and they followed me up the hill.

As we made it up the hill, in the distance we saw pikes in the ground, evenly spread out to mark the border.
