DEATH was just sleeping. Si Volt ang nagsasagawa ng operasyon kay Bansot. Sa nakikita ko mula rito, they took an x-ray of their bodies. Walang nakita sa katawan ni DEATH. Pero kay Bansot, meron. There was a small thing in her chest. About 2 inch lang ang laki at bilog iyon. There was something, a cord like thing that goes to her head, to her brain. I can't help but to cry. Xerene suffered a lot already. It's time for her to rest. But how can she rest if Liore's after her? Us? Just like, what's gotten to him to chase after her in the first place?



May kung anong pinag-uusapan sina Sir Devon sa loob. Parang nagtatalo silang dalawa. Lumapit si Sir Devon kay Bansot na naka-bukas ang dibdib. Handa na para s aheart transplant. Pero hindi pa nila inaalis ang artificial heart niya. Maybe because of the circular thing with a cord in her chest?


Naguluhan ako nang kuhanan ni Sir Devon ng x-ray ang ulo ni DEATH. But what we saw shocked us.

I'm afraid to this era. Era of advancing and innovating technologies. Hindi pa gaano kalawak ang impluwensya ng teknolohiya noong mga panahon nila pero naka-imbento sila ng bagay na sumira sa mga buhay nila pare-pareho. It has good advantages, though. Living in the modern Earth. But being modern takes many sacrifices. People nowadays judges things they think was different. People afraid differences. That's why they spreads hate and judgements one after another. The world today is scary.



Paano kung dumating na tayo sa punto na dedepende na tayo sa teknolohiya? As we keep on advancing, the Earth's ruining too. We are destroying this world. Inventions are genius works. But it was crazy. Especially if it's like this. This kind of invention will make you superhuman. Super hated human, super monterous human. And super different human. It was releasing currents. There are wire or tube like threads that was all over her brain at bahagya pang gumagalaw-galaw ang mga 'yon. They were burying themselves in her brain. Fuck. I don't want to see it but I was mesmerized. I-It looks beautiful. The threads were glowing. And i guess what's on it were electricities. Rushing and going inside her brain. Just like how bloods stream in our veins. Yes like that!



Now, paano nila paghihiwalayin ang dalawa?



Volt called Lancelot na aggad namang pumasok sa loob. Nag-alcohol muna siya bago nag-gloves at nag-mask. Sinamahan niya si Volt. They were discussing something at patango-tango lang si Lancelot. Inihanda ni Volt ang puso. Si Lancelot na ngayon ang umaasikaso kay Xerene. My heart was pounding really fast as I watch him. At nang maalis na niya ang artificial heart---Wait.



It wasn't an artificial heart at all.



But the small circular thing we saw in her x-ray.



That was her...heart?

"Now, put the heart. Sir Devon? Have you seen anything already?" Tanong ni Lancelot sa kaniya habang ako naman ay inililipat na ang puso kay Xerene. Hold on, Xerene. I'll save you.


"Yes. It was like a chip that's in the center of her brain. And it was like...we can't remove this thing on her. It became a part of her brain already." Sabi niya na ikina-tango ko naman. I see. So, doon nanggagaling ang mga kuryente niya.


"What if this thing was a sensor and DEATH was the physical stimulus for it? Just like a phone and a bluetooth. Aloisia's the bluetooth that connects to DEATH. And thus, sending her her emotions? DEATH will receive it, and in return, whenever DEATH was hurt, she will be the one to feel it?" It was just my theory. Hindi pa ako sigurado doon. Our eyes went wide and looked at DEATH who's awake. THE FUCK!?

"Hammer." Utos ko kay Lancelot habang naka-tingin sa dalawang bagay na nasa harap ko. Ipinatong ko ang mala-crystal na puso ni Xerene sa isang square na 'chip'. Para isang hampasan na lang.


"W-Wait! I think we don't need to destroy it anymore. Why do we need to destroy it, Dearil? Is there a reason for that?" Tanong ni Lancelot. Natigilan ako. On the other side, he's right. Naalis na naman namin 'to so, bakit kailangan pang sirain?
