The sound of  heavy raindrops filled the air as it made contact with the solid ground below your feet,followed by the soft tap of the water droplets against your leather jacket.You had been walking throughout the forest for three months in search of your girlfriend and a boy you saw as a son who you had been separated from after a large horde of walkers took over your small camp. 

The wind blew harshly sending a hard chill down your spine making your already cold form feel as if it was plunged into ice cold water. You looked from side to side moving slowly looking for any sign of shelter around you.

A lonely feeling washed over you as you began to think back to when you were with Clementine and Aj, all the jokes you would tell and the games you would play, all the hugs and kisses you would give each other. Thinking about those memories used to bring joy, but now a feeling of sadness washes over you. 

You had been so far in thought about the old memories you almost missed the large building that was slightly to your left. You stopped, slowly lifting your head from its downward position to get a good look at the large walls that surrounded the structure,finding a slightly open gate you begin walking over to it coming to a halt when you were close enough to the rusted piece of metal "Hello?!" you shouted as a bright flash filled the sky followed by a deafening 'boom'. The wind blew harder pushing open the gate allowing a loud clanking sound to be heard as it made contact with the brick wall.

You hesitated for a second before walking into the large courtyard making your way to the entrance of the large building.The old wooden door creaked as you opened it sending an echo down the large corridor "Hello?" you questioned again, getting no reply you closed the door and began to walk down the corridor.You walked down the long hallway as you were approaching the end of it you were pushed harshly against the wall,as your head made contact against the hard surface your vision blurred, the forearm of the mysterious figure pushed against your throat holding you in place and causing a blockage in your airway. 

"Who are you and what are you doing here?!" the angered stranger asked as thunder and lightening clashed against the dark sky just outside the large building. You held the forearm that was against your throat trying to pull it back just enough so you could  catch your breath only to have more pressure pushed onto your throat causing you to let out a loud yelp.

"I-I-I'm (Y/N)....I-I'm just l-looking f-for shel-shelter" You managed to stutter out 

The stranger pushed harder and the lack of oxygen become to much for you as your vision began to be filled with black dots "Violet stop!" a southern voice shouted causing the stranger to pull her arm away from you allowing you to fall to your knees gasping for air while small coughs and whimpers escaped your mouth. 

While catching your breath you looked up, finally able to see your surroundings again you looked at the two figures that stood a few inches away from you. One figure was tall while the other was rather short.

Standing up from the floor you decided now was the time to completely introduce yourself. 

"I'm (Y/N), I've come here to seek shelter from the storm... I mean no harm, I actually didn't know anyone was here until you slammed me into the wall" you stated calmly looking down at the two figures, the girl you now know as 'Violet' gave you a harsh glare before turning to the shortest of the two

"What do we do with her?" you heard the blonde whisper to the ginger as she looked at you from the corner of her eye "Well we should let her stay 'til morning at least" the southern voice replied.

They both turned back to you before introducing themselves "I'm Ruby and that there is Violet" the ginger stated pointing to herself then to the blonde standing beside her, you nodded your head staying silent allowing Ruby to continue "We'll let you stay 'til morning but you leave as soon as the sun rises, stormy or not" you hummed quietly and once again nodded your.

You were soon lead down the hall you had not yet discovered where you saw three more figures, who all differed in sizes but you could tell two out of the three people were guys. As you followed behind Ruby and Violet you began to come closer to the three mysterious figures.

"Is everything okay?" a female voice questioned, at the sound of the oh-so familiar voice you stopped walking, tears blurring your vision at the thought of possibly finding the love of your life. 

Violet sensed your absence and turned around to look at your stunned form "You okay there?" she questioned getting no response, she was about to question you again but was interrupted by a loud gasp.

You were broken out of your stunned position when the sound of footsteps boomed down the hallway straight towards you "(N/N)!" Clementine yelled out of pure excitement "Clem!" you shouted back running to meet her in the middle. As soon as Clementine reached you she jumped onto you wrapping her arms around you neck and her legs around your waist, she began nuzzling her face into your neck completely ignoring the fact that you were completely soaked due to the storm you had escaped a few minutes prior to your okayreunion.

You hugged her tightly nuzzling your face into her shoulder crying silently as so much joy and relief washed over you.

"I thought I'd lost you forever" you stated, your voice muffled due to how far you nuzzled your face into her shoulder in search for as much comfort as possible "I'm here babe I'm okay" she said as she slightly pulled away, gently grabbing your cheeks she pulled your head up wiping away the tears that fell from your eyes.

You gave her a tearful smile before connecting your lips with hers.You had missed this feeling, the gentleness in every kiss you had ever shared with her only filled you with more love for the shorter brunette. As you separated from one another you placed her back to her feet letting go of her waist intertwining your fingers with hers as you stood there smiling at her as she looked to her other 'friends'. 

"Uh... what just happened?" a tall dread-headed male asked, but before he could get any answer a cheerful yelp filled the halls followed by the pitter-patter of small feet. 

you looked down for a split second when you felt something come in contact with your leg, not even waiting another second you scooped the smaller boy into your arms as more tears flowed down your face along with a large smile forming at the sight of the two most precious people in your life. "Hey goofball" you whispered as you heard him sob into your shoulder, you rubbed his back closing your eyes as you relished the feeling of the small boy in your arms once again.

"Louis, this is (Y/N)...shes my girlfriend" she said, you lifted your head giving him a quiet 'hello'.

After finishing introductions Clem took you back to hers and Aj's room.Laying down on the bed you let out a sigh of content making Clementine smile down at you as she took her hat off placing it down on her dresser. Making her way over to the bed she lies down with you instantly cuddling to your side.

"I'm so happy i found you again" you told her placing a soft kiss upon her head as you softly rubbed her back with your nails.

"Me two" she stated letting out a yawn as she snuggled further into your tall form "I love you Clem" silence filled the room for a minute as Clem yawned before letting out an "I love you too (N/N)" before falling asleep.

You pulled her closer to you tightening your grip on her waist and slowly falling into a deep slumber with a smile on your face for the first time in three months.
