Brody has been distant lately and it's time you find out the reasoning behind it.

You made your down the vacant hallway, occasionally humming a soft tune as you approached the double doors leading out to the courtyard.

Opening the door you step out, covering your eyes when the suns bright rays shine into your eyes. When your eyes adjusted to the lighting you glanced around the courtyard, searching for your girlfriend.

You smiled when you saw her sitting at one of the tables with Violet and Louis.

As you made your way over to the teens you come up behind Brody, wrapping your arms around her shoulders pulling her into a small hug.

"Good Morning love" you spoke, leaving a small kiss to her cheek before turning to Louis and Violet to wave at them. Brody took a deep breath before smiling and turning to look at you.

"Good Morning y/n."

Your smile faltered at the tone of her voice. She was clearly bothered by something and since she didn't use her normal nickname for you, you could tell something was wrong "Are you okay?" you questioned, pulling away from her to take a seat beside her.

She rolled her eyes and gave you a tight smile "Yeah. Why wouldn't I be?" she inquired, quirking an eyebrow at you. You stared at her intently for a few minutes before clearing your throat "I - just wanted to make sure you were okay is all."

She nodded her head and turned back to Violet and Louis, that was until she saw Marlon walking towards the admin building. She smiled and watched him make his way into the building before speaking up.

"I have to go talk to Marlon. I'll see you guys later" she gave Louis and Violet a small before running towards the admin building, acting as if you weren't even there.

You watched her follow Marlon's footsteps before turning to Violet and Brody with a heavy sigh.

"You okay n/n?" Louis questioned. You shrug your shoulders and run a hand over your face "I don't know Lou. She's been so distant with me lately. She barely even talks to me, in fact what just happened was the first time I've been able to talk to her this entire week"

The two teens shared glances with each other before giving you a look of pity. This caught your attention.

"What?" you said "What do you two know?"

"Her and Marlon have been hanging out a lot recently and they've been really, really close" Violet explained.

You frowned at this news as you had a bad feeling in your gut.

You sighed and stood up from the table "I'm gonna go talk to her about this. Thanks for telling me guys" you spoke, giving a small wave to them before making your way to Marlon's office.

Taking a deep breath you prepare yourself to knock on the door. But you stop when you hear a moan coming from the room.

Your stunned for a few minutes before you throw the door open. Tears fill your eyes at the sight in front of you. Brody was seated on the desk while Marlon stood between her legs, making out with her.

"What the fuck!" you shouted, causing the two of them to break apart from each other. Brody sits on the desk, stunned with fear as she saw you standing there.

"Y/n i-its not what it looks like!" you rolled your eyes and shook your head.

"Not what it looks like?!. Brody you're literally making out with Marlon!. His tongue was down your throat!" you yell out.

"I-" "How long?" you question, cutting her off.

Its quiet for a moment until you break the silence "HOW LONG?!" you yell, your voice breaking as your emotions get the best of you.

"A week" she mumbles under her breath. You shake your head, scoffing in disbelief.

"I trusted you" you whispered out "I loved you Brody" you took a step back, tears running down your cheeks.

"Have fun with your new boyfriend. We're done"

"Y/n please!" Brody yelled out, but you were already out the door, running towards the dorms building to run to your room, getting concerned looks from the other kids as you passed them.

Entering your room you slam the door shut behind you. You stood with your back to the door before you slowly slid down it, sobs racking your body as you let everything you felt go.

The girl you loved, the girl you called your girlfriend for two years cheated on you, with someone you thought you could trust.

You continued to cry, your vision becoming blurry as tears flooded your eyes.

Who would have thought that love could be so deceiving.
