Car Accidents(CxR)

It was like any other day for you really

Wake up, get ready, kiss your wife and daughter good bye, go to work, come back home and repeat.

Usually traffic was a bitch when you would leave but for some reason the streets were mostly clear besides two or three other cars.

You didn't really pay any attention to it though, you were actually happy because your day was rather tiring and all you wanted to do was cuddle your wife and daughter.

Speaking of your lovely wife and daughter your phone began to ring.

Taking your eyes of the road for a second you clicked the 'Answer call' button.

"Hi baby!" you heard Clementine say "Hello my love" you said softly

"Hi mommy!" your daughter Rosie cheered. You smiled hearing your daughters voice

"Hi bug!, how are you and your mom" "We're great mommy. I made you someting'"

You gasped lightly and giggle "Yeah? what'd you make bug?" "It's a surprise, right mama?"

Clementine hummed in response "She's been dying to show you all day" she chuckled.

"Well I should be home soon my loves cause traffic isn't bad at all today" You heard your daughter and wife cheer in excitement causing your smile to widen.

"I can't wait to see you babe I miss you" "I miss you too baby. I'll be home soon okay?. When I get home we can watch a movie and cuddle"

"I can't wait mommy!' "I'll see you soon"

"Love you" "We love you too-"

Just as the call was about to end you heard a loud honk as a car swerved into your lain and hit you head on.

Your head hit the steering wheel roughly and your seat belt buckled. Your windshield broke sending shards of glass your way.

When your seat belt buckled it ended up snapping due to all the strain it was put under and you were thrown out the window, you landed on the hood of your car and yelled out in pain

"Y-Y/N?...Y/N what happened!"

Your wife's cries for you to answer were the last things you heard before you lost consciousness.

~CLEMENTINES POV~

"Y-Y/N?...Y/N what happened!" I called out.

When she didn't respond I became anxious.

"Mommy?" Rosie called out, her voice cracked when she called out for her.

"M-mommy!" She cried. I had to use everything in me to hold in my tears as she continuously cried out for Y/N.

"S-sh bug shh" I shushed her while rubbing her back. She wrapped her small arms around my neck and nuzzled her face into my shoulder as she cried and whimpered.

I grabbed my phone and took it off speaker. The last thing I heard was the wailing of ambulance sirens before I hung up and grabbed my keys to rush to the closest hospital
