"Violet?" you called, searching the darkened room for the blonde when you noticed her absence. You swung your legs off of the bed and stood up.

You looked out of the barred window, watching as the clouded sky dripped of rain. The soft, yet loud pitter-patter of the rain echoed throughout the room as it tapped against the window pane. You smiled, feeling relaxed by the calming sound the rain provided.

Pulling your attention away from the grey clouds you walked towards your door and stepped out into the hallway. As you walked down the vacant corridor you glanced out of the dusted,shattered windows. You admired how vibrant the green shined as the water droplets hit the overgrown plants.

As you walked down the corridor you spotted Clementine sitting on one of the window sills. She peered through the window like you had moments ago, watching as the raindrops pooled into a large puddle on the stone,covered ground.

"Hey, Clem" you greeted, expecting to get a 'hello' back but, instead, you were greeted with nothing but silence as she continued to look out the window.

"Uh, Clementine?. Hello?" you walked closer to her and and waived your hand in front of her face, hoping to gain her attention but, she doesn't move.

"Are you okay?" you question again, hoping that she's just stuck in a small trance by how beautiful the environment looked. However you knew something was up when her attention was pulled away from the window and towards the double-doors as Ruby walked in.

"Hey, sug. I know you're a bit down but we're about to have the funeral" Ruby spoke, walking up to Clementine and placing a hand on her shoulder. Clementine sniffled and nodded her head, stepping off of the window sill and passing right by you as she did.

"W-wait. What funeral?. Who died?!. H-hello?, Ruby Clementine?!" you called out, running after them as they walking into the courtyard.

"Why are you guys ignoring me?!" you cried out as you stopped to watch them walk towards the watchtower. You huffed and folded your arms over your chest.

"What the hell is going on?" you muttered to yourself. You huffed and searched the courtyard for the other kids, hoping that they would talk to you instead of ignoring you like Ruby and Clementine.

You spotted Willy and Tenn across the courtyard and you quickly made your way over to them.

"Hey boys" you greeted, walking beside the wooden table that was becoming soaked by the now pouring rain.

You smiled as you saw the two of them converse but it was quick to fade when they didn't reply to you "Uh, boy's?. Hello?, Tenn, Willy?" You walked to stand in front of them as thunder roared.

You could tell Tennessee and Willy were talking about something but the only words you managed to hear were "I'm gonna miss her"

"Miss who?. Who's funeral is today's?. Is Violet okay?, where is she!?" you continued to ask question after question but it was of no use. They just ignored you like Ruby and Clementine had minutes ago.

You watched as they stood from the splintering wooden table and walked over towards the watchtower, following Clementine and Ruby's steps. You huffed and rolled your eyes, following the young boys as they walked towards the tall tower.
