A soft melody filled the air as you played the guitar while staring at the bright stars that were scattered across the night sky.

Most of the kids lay in their bed in a peaceful sleep, but tonight was a restless night for you.

You liked to play your guitar whenever you were stressed, the strumming of the strings bringing a great amount of comfort to you.

As you began to play the melody of 'Cant Help Falling in Love' by UB40 you couldn't help but sing along

"Wise men say only fools rush in,

but I cant help falling in love with you~" the sound of your soft voice filled the air followed by the gentle strumming of your guitar.

"Shall I stay?..Would it be a sin?... If I can't help falling in love with you~"

"You have a lovely voice babe" you turned around at the sound of your girlfriends voice, a smile forming on your face as you saw the moonlight reflect off of her beautiful honey brown eyes.

"Thank you love" you said standing from your seated position to give your girlfriend a kiss and a small hug before sitting down once again with her by your side

You resumed the strumming of your guitar this time playing the calming melody of 'Never Mind the Darkness' while softly humming the words.

At the sound of your voice Clementine began to relax. Placing her head on your shoulder she closed her eyes allowing a content 'sigh' to come out of her mouth at the comforting feeling that surrounded the two of you.

"Why aren't you in bed" the shorter girl questioned, her warm breath making contact with your neck as she snuggled closer to you.

Halting your movements you placed your guitar down, gently lying down on the floor beneath you while pulling the half-asleep brunette with you allowing her fully snuggle into your tall form.

"Just...Couldn't sleep" she hummed at your response snuggling even closer to your body(if possible)

"Any reason why?"

"No, not really I'm just not tired" you said before 'yawning'.The heavenly sound of your girlfriends laugh filled the air making a sleepy smile form over your face as you nuzzled your face into her hair.

"Not tired huh?" she questioned in a sarcastic tone

"Nope....Not at...all" you said, yawning in-between the short sentence.

"You can go to sleep (Y/n) its okay" she said in a soothing voice while gently running her finger nails up and down your arm slowly coaxing you into sleep.

It only took a minute or two before the sound of your soft snore could be heard followed by the gentle rise and fall of your chest.

Clementine lifted her head from it position to look at your peaceful sleeping state.

She pressed a soft kiss to your cheek before nuzzling her face back into the crook of your neck letting out a quiet 'I love you' before allowing sleep to consume her.
