"Kyline!"

I called her name when I saw her from a far.

When I moved closer, my heart breaks into pieces nang makita ang kalagayan niya. My vision gone blurred.

She's lying down, bleeding.

I try to control my emotions but when our eyes met, lots of tears come out from my eyes.

"I'm sorry."

I whispered while looking at her. I'm sorry, ngayon lang ako. I'm really sorry.

I carry her on my shoulders. She's bleeding so bad. I can't see the way clear but I try my best to find the way out.

"Don't sleep, Kyline."

I told her dahil mapikit-pikit na ang mata nito. Lalong nadudurog ang puso ko kada nakikitang pinipilit niyang imulat ang mga mata at nakatingin lang sa akin.

Inilapag ko na siya sa stretcher. 

She's still looking at me. That's eyes! I supposed to be happy when she looks at me but her stare right now breaks my heart. Parang pinipiga ang puso ko.

"PLEASE, AMAYA! DON'T SLEEP!"

I keep begging her not to give up, to fight.

Tita Ali came crying. Amaya looks at her mom and it looks like she wants to say something but she can't. Nakita ko ang luhang namuo sa mga mata niya.

The paramedics folded the legs of the stretcher and put her in the ambulance. Pumasok na rin kami dun ni tita Ali.

"Bunso ko~"

Tita Ali keeps talking to her but konti nalang ang iminumulat ni Amaya.

I hold her hand to make her feel that she's not alone and tita Ali holds her other hand.

"Bunso ko, laban lang ha? Malapit na tayo."

My tears keeps falling even I wipe it with the back of my hands.

You're strong, Amaya. You can survive in this. You can have your rainbow after this. I know you can. Please!

Tumingin ako sa kalasada at tinitignan kung malapit na kami sa ospital nang maramdaman ko ang paghigpit ng paghawak niya sa kamay ko.

Mabilis kong inilipat sa kanya ang tingin ko. I notice her eyes looked at me and her mother.

She closed her eyes at nahirapan pa siyang imulat ito ulit. She smile a little.

"I love you, two."

I heard her whispers and after that she closed her eyes. Hinintay kong imulat niya ulit yon pero hindi na nangyare. Her tears fell down. No!

"Kyline~"

I called her again. Nanlabong muli ang paningin ko nang mag-ipuan ang mas madaming luha doon.

She's breathing slow. Lalong bumilis ang pagbuhos ng mga luha ko.

Keep fighting, please. I'm begging you.

When we arrived at the hospital. They do their job as fast as they could.

I got mad at myself dahil wala akong magawa kundi tignan lang siya at hawakan ang kamay niya habang nag-aagaw buhay.

We're running to the OR. I keep talking to her wishing she still hears me.

"Hanggang dito na lang po kayo."
