Makes for 24 Cookies
Ingredients:
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup of flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup of semi sweet chocolate chunks
1/2 cup of milk chocolate chips
Preparation:
1. In a medium bowl, creme the butter, sugar, and brown sugar together until the sugar saturated in the butter.
2. Add in the egg and vanilla and whisk until it has combined.
3. Sift in the flour, baking soda, and salt into the butter mixture and fold them in with the dough until it has combined.
4. Fold in the chocolate chunks and chips and scoop them into a cookie sheet. Put them in the refrigerator and let it firm up for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
5. Preheat the oven for 350 degrees.
6. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes.
