Makes for 6 Servings
Ingredients:
1 1/2 teaspoons of brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of ground ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons of allspice
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
1 cup of flour
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups of panko bread crumbs
4 chicken thighs
2 tablespoons of melted butter
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all seasoning ingredients and mix well. Add 2 tablespoons of the seasoning mixture to the Panko bread crumbs, set aside. Use the rest of the seasonings to season the chicken itself.
3. Coat the chicken in flour, then eggs, and finally seasoned Panko.
4. Pour melted butter into the bottom of the 8x8 inch pan.
5. Place each coated piece of chicken skin side down in the butter.
6. Bake for 30 minutes and then flip them over. Bake them for another 30 minutes.
