Makes for 4 Servings

Ingredients:

2 1/2 Ib of white potatoes

1/2 cup of heavy cream

1/2 cup of milk

8 cloves of smashed garlic

1 stick of butter

Preparation:

1. Wash the potatoes and peel the skin off.

2. Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat and cook until the potatoes are fork-tender.

3. Drain the potatoes and press through a mesh strainer into a large pot. Set aside.

4. Heat the garlic, cream, and milk in a small pot over low heat until simmering.

5. Mix in the butter with the hot potatoes until the butter completely melts. The add the cream to the potatoes and mix in until they are completely combined and fluffy.

6. Serve with any dish and any gravy.
