Makes for 4 Servings
Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs
1 pinch of salt and pepper
3 cloves of minced garlic
1/4 of a chopped onion
2 cups of spinach
2 cups of heavy cream
1 pinch of salt and pepper
1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
Preparation:
1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
2. Pan-fry the chicken for 15 minutes on each side until it becomes a golden brown, yet it is still all the way cooked. Remove from the pan.
3. Add the garlic and onion, and sauté them. Add the spinach and cook until the leaves wilt
4. Add the heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper.
5. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese has melted.
6. Place the chicken back in the sauce and drown the chicken in the sauce.
