Makes for 6 Servings

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of soy sauce

2 tablespoons of rice vinegar

2 tablespoons of sesame seed oil

1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes

8 cloves of garlic, minced

1 tablespoon of minced ginger

1 cup of diced onion

3 Ib of baby back ribs

1/4 cup of honey

Sesame Seeds

Chopped Scallions

Preparation:

1. Combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame seed oil, red pepper flakes, garlic, ginger, and onion in a bowl.

2. Pour marinade over ribs and let them marinate for at least four hours.

3. Place into a slow-cooker and let it cook for 8 hours.

4. Pour the leftover marinade into a saucepan, add the honey, and bring to a boil to form a glaze. Set aside.

5. Pour the glaze over the ribs
