~Apple Bread Pudding

Makes for 6 Servings

Ingredients:

10 sliced and diced pieces of bread

3 eggs

1/2 cup of milk

1/4 cup of brown sugar

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

2 teaspoons of cinnamon

2 peeled and diced granny smith apples

3/4 cup of brown sugar

2 tablespoons of cornstarch

Vanilla Ice Cream

Caramel Sauce

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven for 350 degrees

2. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir until combined.

3. Add the bread cubes and fold it into the liquid until it has absorbed the mixture.

4. Spread the bread mixture out evenly in an 8x8 inch pan.

5. In a separate bowl, combine the apples, 3/4 cup of brown sugar, and cornstarch. Mix until it is combined.

6. Spread the apples on top of the bread mixture and cover the pan with aluminium foil.

7. Bake for 40 minutes.

8. Serve it with ice cream and caramel sauce.
