~Balsamic Chicken

Makes for 3 Servings

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of sesame seed oil

3 cloves of garlic, minced

2 cups of sliced carrots

4 chicken thighs

1 pinch of salt and pepper

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of chopped basil

1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar

1 onion, quartered

1 jar of rinsed green beans

Preparation:

1. Pour the oil and garlic in crock pot and line them up with the carrots.

2. Season the thighs and add them into the pot. Top it off with the onion.

3. Let it cook low for 8 hours or high for 4. Add the green beans the last 30 minutes before serving.
