Makes for 4 Servings
Ingredients:
3/4 Ib of ground beef
1/2 cup of panko bread crumbs
1/4 diced onion
1 egg
1 pinch of salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups of beef broth
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
3 cups of cooked egg noodles
3/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of fresh, chopped parsley
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, and seasonings and mix until it is combined.
2. Scoop out the meat mixture with a cookie scoop and roll it out to an even meatball and cook the meatballs in a pot by pan-frying them.
3. Add the broth, milk, and Worcestershire and give it a light stir.
4. When it starts to come to a boil, add the noodles. Then stir until the liquid coats the noodles.
5. Add the cheese and parsley and stir until the cheese has melted.
