~Mushroom Pasta

Makes for 4 Servings

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts, cubed

1 pinch of salt and pepper

1 cup of sliced mushrooms

1/2 sliced onion

1 1/2 cups of chicken broth

1 cup of heavy cream

1 1/2 cups of uncooked penne

1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese

Preparation:

1. Heat a large pot with some oil in it.

2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook the chicken in the oil until it is fully cooked.

3. Remove the chicken from the pot and add the mushrooms and onions. Saute them until they become translucent.

4. Add the chicken broth, cream, and pasta. Let the sauce simmer and boil until the pasta becomes al dente.

5. When the pasta has cooked, add in the chicken and parmesan and stir until the cheese has melted.
