Makes for 4 Servings
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of heavy cream
1/4 cup of powdered sugar
8 oz of fresh raspberries
1/3 cup of melted milk chocolate
Preparation:
1. Place the heavy cream and powdered sugar in a large bowl and beat with a mixer until it becomes firm as whipped cream. Divide the cream into two separate bowls.
2. Place the raspberries in a blender and blend till it becomes a puree. Pour it into one of the bowls with a strainer in between to catch all the seeds of the berries. Mix until the mousse has combined.
3. Place the melted chocolate in the other bowl of cream and stir until it comes a complete chocolate mousse.
4. In a piping bag, place both of the mousses in, one on one side so they have a cool duo-color look when it is piped. Pipe them into bowls and refrigerate for 1 hour.
