Makes for 4 Servings
Ingredients:
2 sirloin steaks
1 cup of beef broth
1/3 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of sesame seed oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons of corn starch
1/4 cup of water
2/3 cup of broccoli florets
White Rice
Preparation:
1. In a slow cooker, place in the beef broth, soy sauce, oil, garlic, and brown sugar.
2. Slice the steaks into strips and place in the crockpot.
3. Let it cook on low for 4 hours.
4. Place the corn starch and water together and stir to make a slurry. Add it to the beef along with the broccoli. Cook for another 15 to 20 minutes.
5. Serve with white rice.
