~BBQ Chicken Pizza

Ingredients:

Makes for 6 Servings

Crust

1/2 envolope of yeast

1/2 cup of lukewarm water

1 teaspoon of honey

1 1/2 cups of flour

1 teaspoon of wheat flour

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon of sugar

1/4 teaspoon of thyme

1/4 teaspoon of Italian seasoning

1 1/2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon of minced garlic

1 tablespoon of olive oil

Marinara Sauce

1 can of tomato paste

6 oz of water

3 tablespoons of Parmesian cheese

2 teaspoons of minced garlic

2 tablespoons of honey

3/4 teaspoon of onion powder

1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon of oregeno

1/4 teaspoon of marjoram

1/4 teaspoon of basil

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

1/8 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

1 pinch of salt

Bbq Sauce

1 cup of ketchup

1/3 cup of molassis

1/3 cup of brown sugar

1/4 cup of vinegar

1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon of onion powder

1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

1 pinch of palt

Toppings

1/2 shredded chicken breast

1/4 sliced red onion

1/4 julianed green bell pepper

Montery Jack cheese

Preparation:

1. Combine yeast, water, and honey in a measuring cup. Let the yeast activate for 5 minutes.

2. Combine the rest of the crust ingredients to a bowl and stir again. Add the yeast mixture and stir again. Then place the dough on a floured surface and knead it for 10 minutes.

3. Place the dough in a greased bowl and let it rise for 45 minutes.

4. Preheat the oven for 500 degrees with a pizza stone inside.

5. Take out half of the chicken breast, cut it to strips, and fry it lightly until it is evenly cooked. Take two forks and shred the chicken.

6. Combine all of the marinara sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and cook until the mixture becomes a smooth sauce.

7. Add all of the BBQ sauce ingredients to a bowl and mix until it has completely combined.

7. Place your dough and a flour surface and roll it out to the size of your liking. (Depending how thick you want your crust)

8. Place some corn meal on your pizza plank and place the rolled out dough on there. Then, add the marinara sauce, shredded chicken, pepper and onion and however as much cheese you like.

9. Slide the pizza in the pizza stone. (Be very careful!) And let it bake for 7 to 8 minutes.

10. When the time is up, slide the pizza from the stone to a large cutting board. (PLEASE READ: To slide it off, I HIGHLY suggest using tongs or a metal spatula. You're safety from burning yourself, the kitchen, and getting food poisoning is a big deal! Don't take the stone out of the oven! Let it cool inside the oven when the oven is turned off.)

11. Once it is cooled, serve into six slices.
