Chapter: 24

After that, Daniel and I went back to painting.

'This is so fucking boring,' Daniel said and let out an extremely deep sigh.

'I think it's kinda relaxing, except the part that you talk to me,' I responded teasing him a bit.

'No, you talk to me,' Daniel answered and pointed at 'you' the painting brush at me. All the paint on the brush splattered over me.

I gasped and stood there in shock.

'Oh my god, I'm sorry Jas..' Daniel said. I could see he was feeling guilty.

'It's okay,' I responded.

I dipped my brush in the paint and swung the brush through the air at Daniel.

He was completely covered in green paint.

'Oops,' I said sarcastically while holding my hand in front of my mouth.

'You should not have done that..' Daniel responded with a challenging look.

After a while we were covered in every color of paint you can possibly imagine.

'Take this chopstick!' I screamed and grabbed the bucket.

Just before I wanted to throw the paint at Daniel, the headmaster stormed in.

'DON'T YOU DARE THROW THAT!'

Just in time, I stopped and placed the bucket back on the ground. It's actually a good thing that the headmaster came in cause it probably almost went a little too far. Just a little.

'Why do you guys always end up in a fight when there is something to throw near you?!' the headmaster asked confused while raising his voice.

He let out a sigh to calm down a bit.

'Clean that up. I don't want to see a single splatter on the stage. Tomorrow I'll come up with something boring where no fights can happen.'

The headmaster stormed out of the theater.

Daniel and I looked at each other with a serious look but after a couple of seconds we bursted out in a laughter.

'The way you were gonna throw that whole bucket,' Daniel said while laughing his ass off.

'That would have been such a terrible idea but so funny at the same time,' I answered while laughing along.

After a couple of minutes we finally calmed down a bit.

'Let's clean this shit up,' Daniel said.

It wasn't a big mess. It would have been though, if I had thrown that bucket.

We just had to clean up some painting spots that fell on the ground outside the square of old papers.

I was really happy about the fact that we had put on an apron before we started.

Pov: Daniel

'Alright, that was the last one,' I said and looked around the stage to make sure.

'Yeah, it looks decent. The headmaster can do it himself if it's not good enough. Let's get the fuck outta here,' Jasmine said as she took off her apron and threw it onto a chair.
