Chapter: 45

'Who is Dani?' Simon asked confused..

He faced my phone towards me to show me the notification I got on my homescreen.

Luckily the information in the snapchat notification wasn't readable cause I turned that off.

Oh no. I'm so screwed. For some reason, I almost immediately came up with an explanation.

'Oh that's Danielle from pony camp,' I said nonchalant.

'I thought you hated that bitch?' Simon asked a little confused.

'I did, but she changed a lot and she's kind cool now.'

'Sure, we should hang out one time!' he now said what took me by surprise.

If he knew who it actually was, he would never say this.

'Yea, we should,' I responded forced.

The subject quickly faded away as we went on putting on some face masks and watching our favorite series.

'You sleeping here tonight Si?' I asked as I took the remote to turn off the tv.

'Yea sure,' he said.

'Maybe we should get ready though, it's a schoolday tomorrow,' he added as he stood up and walked towards the bathroom.

We got ourselves ready for bed and ended the amazing girls night by just chatting and gossiping.

'Goodnight Jas, we should do nights like these more often,' he said while almost falling asleep already.

'I totally agree,' I responded.

We both drifted off to sleep as soon as we hit our pillows.

Simon and I woke up by the alarm I had set yesterday. The weekend is over and school is about to start again.

Simon and I first went downstairs to make us some breakfast. After we finished, it was time for the hell...

He always takes way too long and I bet it's not gonna be different today.

I quickly brushed through my hair and looked at Simon besides me who was already cursing cause his hair wasn't cooperating.

I always think he looks great, but that doesn't help in this situation cause it will only make it worse.

'Simon we're gonna be late!' I screamed from the bedroom, while entertaining myself with my phone.

'Shut up! Just leave me alone for a bit. You go get Daniel and when you guys get back, i'll be done,' he answered on an annoyed tone.

'You better be!' I screamed as I walked down the stairs.

I grabbed the car keys that were laying on the kitchen table and grabbed my coat before I left the house.

Pov: Daniel

'I can't believe Simon isn't here yet! I told him to take Daniel with him for gods sake!' I heard Chris saying to my mom.

Just at that moment, I heard a car honking.

'He's here. See ya!' I said and grabbed my bag before leaving.

As I walked over to the car, I saw Jas sitting behind the wheel.

I wondered were the hell Simon would be, but honestly, I didn't care.

I smiled back at her on my way, but just before I wanted to grab the handle of the car door, she stepped on the gas, causing me to miss the handle.

I laughed at it at first, but when I tried another three times, it was not that funny anymore.

'I'll walk!' I screamed to Jas and started to walk.

I knew she wouldn't let me walk.

She drove past me and stopped the car a little bit further.

The window opened as I got there.

'I'll stop, just get in,' she said feeling a bit guilty.

I actually grabbed the handle now and got into the car.

I looked at Jas who was clearly holding her laugh.

'You think you're really funny huh?' I said in a teasing way.

'Oh come on. It was kinda funny,' she answered while laughing loudly.

'Just a little,' I admitted and laughed along a little.

We stopped in front of Jasmine's house and waited for Simon to get in the car.

'It's his hair again?' I asked, already knowing the answer.

'Jep,' she responded while popping the p.

I let out a little sigh, as I knew how much longer this was going to take.

Luckily, he walked out of the house surprisingly fast.

'It looks exactly the same as when I left,' Jasmine said as she took a better look at Simon's hair.

'Just drive,' Simon said, holding in his anger.

Doesn't Jasmine know he is sensitive about his hair. Even I know that by now.

We arrived at school and split up as always.

Simon and I made our way to Zach and Corbyn, while Daniel went to Jack and Jonah.

'Hey guys,' I said as we closed the little circle of people.

'Hey!' Corbyn and Zach both said.

We first talked about our weekends, but it wasn't a long conversation cause we came to the conclusion that we all did pretty much nothing. I, of course, couldn't tell about the date with Daniel.

'So, camp is coming up..' Simon started.

'Yeah, about that. Did you guys make a choice already?' I asked Corbyn and Zach.

'I did,' Corbyn answered. 'I think I will be more comfortable with you guys.'

'Yeah same,' Zach added while nodding.

'Awesome,' I answered enthusiastically.

'That's great,' Simon added with a smile.

The bell rand and we said goodbye to Corbyn and all walked to class together.

We turned around a corner and I bumped into someone..
