Chapter: 33

I entered the bathroom and did my hair in a messy bun.

I rinsed my face with some water and brushed my teeth after that.

Simon walked into the bathroom to join me.

We can't brush our teeth seriously, we always end up laughing way too hard.

When we were done, we checked our phones, watched some Tiktok's, scrolled through instagram and so on.

'Simon look at this girl she-' I said but stopped as I saw Simon was already sleeping.

I laid my phone on my nightstand and was about to go to sleep. But then I thought Simon wouldn't notice a thing if I just sneaked out to see Daniel real quick. So that's what I did.

'Simon?' I asked before I left the room.

No answer. Great.

Pov: Daniel

Should I sneak out to see her? What if Simon isn't asleep yet? I can't risk that.

I was about to go to sleep but just before that, I heard someone knocking on the door.

I literally jumped out of my bed in hope it was Jasmine.

And I was very pleased when I opened the door.

'Hey..' she said kinda shy.

She was wearing a cute green pyjama. That's when I realized I was in my underwear.

'Shit, I'll go put something on,' I said quickly.
'But come in.'

She walked inside and sat down on my bed.

'Why is my chocolate bar laying there still untouched?' Jasmine asked.

'I don't like chocolate. It was just to tease you,' I answered as I quickly grabbed some joggers and a shirt and threw them on. I didn't want to make her uncomfortable by me being half naked.

'Of course you did,' she answered with a laugh.

I sat down at the bed besides her. She immediately wrapped her arms around my waist.

I gave her a kiss on the head and wrapped my arms around her.

I laid down on my back and Jasmine laid her head on my chest.

'Can I sleep here please. Just like this,' she said with a soft voice.

'I wish,' I answered as I played with a string of her hair.

'A couple of days ago, I ran into Jonah and his football group. He was literally teasing me about our relationship in front of them. I'm kinda worried he's going to mess this up for us,' she suddenly said.

'Why didn't you tell me this earlier?' I asked her.

'Cause he's one of your best friends, and I didn't want to mess that up.'

This girl is too sweet for me.

'It's okay. That's just how Jonah is. He likes to tease around but I don't think he'll go further than that,' I answered as I stroke her head.

'Alright, I hope so. I don't want to lose this,' she said fragile.

'Don't worry about that,' I responded and placed a kiss on her head again.

We kept on talking, so falling asleep wasn't a thing we needed to worry about.

Unfortunately Jasmine had to go back after a while.
