Chapter: 36

Jasmine: No, I'd never leave without saying goodbye, I'm upstairs, but something happened...

Daniel: I'll be there in a bit.

Phone call with Jasmine 🥰 has ended.

I left the bathroom and made my way through the crowd, hoping no one (especially Lynn) would notice me.

I sprinted upstairs and searched for the room Jasmine would be in.

For some reason I thought she wouldn't be in Jonah's.

I tried to enter the room of Jonah his parents as casual as possible.

Before I even noticed what was going on in there, I closed the door again, definitely not the right room.

The only room that was left on this floor is Jonah's, so I'll guess she's there.

I opened the door and calmly walked in.

I locked the door behind me and saw Jasmine sitting on the bed with a sad face.

'Hey. Tell me what happened?' I asked her as I sat down besides her and wrapped my arms around.

'Promise me you won't get mad,' she said seriously.

'I can't ever be mad at you,' I said as I grabbed her hands and stroked them.

'It's not about me..'

I looked confused at her.

'Zach tried to kiss me..' she said as she looked down at our hands.

I let out a big sigh to not lose my temper.

'I- I didn't know..' Jasmine said with a fragile voice.

'You didn't do anything wrong Jas,' I answered.  'I can't be mad at Zach, cause he doesn't even know you're taken.'

'So you're not mad?' she asked as the little smile on her face returned.

'Of course not.'

We locked eyes and within a second our lips touched.

That's when suddenly some maniac slammed on the door.

'Open the door!' I heard someone screaming.

I looked at Jasmine in panic while she got up and hid in Jonah's walk in closet. Jonah is kinda spoiled as you may have noticed.

I walked over to the door and opened it.

Jonah came storming in.

'Oh it's you,' I said in relief.

'Where is your girlfriend?' Jonah said being obvious.

'Jas, it's just Jonah,' I said as she walked out of the closet.

'Don't tell me you were planning on doing it on my bed,' Jonah said as he pointed at us.
