Chapter: 3

I decided to call Corbyn. Probably, my baddest idea in ages, but I didn't see a different way.

*is calling... Corbyn Besson (Tutor)...*

'What's up,' Corbyn said when he picked up the phone.

'Hey, uhmm, I kinda can't find your driveway,' I said awkwardly.

'Oh,' I heard, followed by a little laugh from the other side of the line.

'Turn to the left, then you'll see it,' he said.

I turned my head to the left and saw Corbyn looking out of the window.

'Aahh, I see,' I said and laughed a little.

'I'll be there in a second!' I added and hang up.

I drove my car into the driveway and grabbed my bag.

As soon as I got out of the car, the door of the big house opened.

'Hey!' Corbyn said as I made my way inside.

'Hey! Your house is beautiful!' I said while giving him a smile.

'Thanks, shall we start the tutoring lesson?' he asked.

'Sure,' I said and followed him into the kitchen.

'Oh and I totally forgot to tell you, but some of my friends are over, but they won't bother us,' he said nicely.

'Yoooo, Corbyn is your new girl here already?' I heard a guy say, who suddenly walked into the kitchen.

It was Jonah. The popular guy. The quarterback. You get it.

'Bro, I'm just gonna help her with math,' Corbyn responded to Jonah.

'Sure,' he said and looked at him in disbelief.

I looked at Jonah and gave him wide eyes.

So I was right about Corbyn 'tutoring' some girls... That's honestly disgusting.

'She isn't even a senior,' Corbyn said.

He's acting like seniors are better or something? That's so not true.

'I actually need the help,' I said on a kinda sassy tone.

I don't even know what came over me.

'Damn Corbyn, you got a fierce one here,' Jonah said and gave Corbyn a dirty look.

Where did I end up.

Corbyn told Jonah to leave the kitchen so we could start. Luckily, Jonah left and we actually started.

We got to all the important things first and after that we went on making some exercises.

Corbyn really knows how to explain these things very well.

All of a sudden the door from the living room opened.

'Oh hey Jasmine,' Zach said as he walked into the kitchen.

'Hey Zach,' I said awkwardly. Our relationship is still weird, the kinda friends kinda not situation.

'You guys know each other?' Corbyn looked at us with a questioning look on his face.

'We are actually in the same year and have some classes together,' I told him.

Zach grabbed himself a drink and offered me one too.

I told him that I should go home by now, but I did thank him for the offer.
