Alyssa'sPOV

It was one A.M. and Joshua and I were on FaceTime, talking and laughing. Man, I just wanna tell him how I feel.

"Holy crap! It's one A.M. already! We should go to bed if we have school in the morning." Joshua said.

"Yeah! Okay, goodnight!" I said.

"Goodnight!" He said and we hung up and I went to bed.

THAT MORNING...

I woke up and got ready and headed to school and met with Joshua when I got there.

"So, wanna hangout after school today? Since it's Friday?" He asked.

"I'd love too!" I said.

AFTER SCHOOL...

We left school together and went to a nearby parked and spent the whole day there.

It was getting closer to getting dark and Joshua and I were sitting by the lake and talking.

"So, Mark still being a dick towards you?" Joshua asked.

"Yup but I'm learning to just ignore it." I said.

"Good girl!" He said and I smiled.

"But I can't ignore what Paige said to me that day." I said.

"What'd she say?" He asked.

"Oh yeah. I forgot I didn't tell you. She basically told me to stay away from Mark or I'll suffer." I said.

"Oh yeah right. What the hell can that little bitch do? She can't fight for shit. I know. I've been doing to that school much longer than you and Mark and that bitch can barely slap someone." Joshua said and I laughed.

"Why do you say that?" I asked.

"She tried slapping someone who talked shit about her on social media and the girl she slapped, it didn't hurt her but it hurt Paige's hand." Joshua said and I started dying of laughter.

"That makes me feel a lot better." I said and he laughed.

We sat there and I decided to tell him how I felt...

"Hey, I gotta tell you something." I said.

"What's up?" He asked.

"I like you..." I said and he smiled.

"I like you too." He said and I was shocked.

"Wait! Really?" I asked.

"Yes! You're the sweetest girl I've ever met and and everything about you is just perfect and I love everything about you." He said and I smiled and we both ended up leaning in and kissing...
