"So, what's going on?" Paige asked me.
"You know Tony? He's one of the members on the Hype house." I asked.
"Yeah!" She said.
"Well, he reached out to someone on TikTok and he's the new member but it's my ex boyfriend..." I said.
"Joshua!?"
"Blake. He was my first boyfriend in middle school but I didn't really love him and when I realized that, I broke up with him and he started so much drama and so many false rumors about me which made me lose so many friends and made the most of the school hate me. And that includes my best friend of nine years." I said.
"And Tony knew all this?" Paige asked.
"No! Nobody knows except you now obviously but I absolutely hate talking about it because every time I do, I just wanna breakdown and cry. Like I do right now." I said.
"Wow...and the fact he's gonna be living with you."
"Don't remind me." I said.
"Hey, just don't go falling for him like you do with every freaking guy you meet." Paige said and laughed.
"I'd honestly kill myself if I found myself falling for him." I said.
"Well, that took a dark turn." Paige said.
"Wish I could say I was kidding." I said.
"Damn! Anyway, watch him fall for you." Paige said.
"Yeah, Mark wouldn't like that." I said and laughed and so did she.
"Very true." She said.
LATER THAT EVENING...
Chase came and picked me up from Paige's since I didn't wanna walk.
"So, what's up with you and Blake?" Chase asked.
"Chase, I seriously don't wanna talk about it." I said.
"Okay. Well, if you ever do, you know where I sleep." Chase said.
BACK AT THE HYPE HOUSE...
When I got back, I went up to Mark's room but he was hanging out with Blake...
