Mark'sPOV
It was two hours into prom and there was still two hours left and for some reason, I couldn't find Alyssa anywhere.
"Paige!" I yelled.
"Oh, hey, Mark! What's up?" She asked.
"Have you seen Alyssa?" I asked.
"No. Last I knew, she was dancing with you." She said.
"Damn." I said.
"If you want, I can help you look for her." Paige said.
"Yeah. Please." I said.
THE NEXT DAY...
Last night, there was no luck finding Alyssa and she's not here at the Hype house and everyone is literally beyond worried.
"Anything from Alyssa?" Chase asked, walking into the room.
"Nope." I said.
"Unfortunately no." Tony said.
"Dammit! I'm so worried about her." Chase said.
"We all are but worrying isn't gonna make this situation any better." Tony said.
"He's right." I agreed.
"Yeah. I know." Chase said and the door opened and it was Alyssa.
"Alyssa!" Me, Tony and Chase yelled.
"Uh, hey guys." She said.
"Are you okay? What happened last night? Where'd you go?" I asked.
"I really don't wanna talk about it." She said and went upstairs.
"Mark, you handle this." Chase said.
"Alright." I said and went upstairs to her room and knocked on her door.
"Whoever you are, go away!" She yelled.
"Babe, what is going on with you?" I asked.
"I said I didn't want to talk about it! It's not that hard to respect that!" She said.
"Well, alright. Just tell me you're okay." I said.
"I am. Don't worry." She said and went back downstairs.
"Well?" Tony asked.
"She says she doesn't wanna talk about it but she said she's okay." I said.
"That's weird...something happened last night. That's obvious." Chase said.
"Well, no shit, Chase. It's just, we don't know what." Tony said and my phone started ringing.
"I'll be right back." I said and went into another room. "Hello?"
"Hey, Mark. It's Paige. Any luck on Alyssa?"
"Well, she came home but she says she doesn't wanna talk about it so I have no clue what's going on with her." I said.
"That's beyond weird. Well, I'm gonna ask around on school on Monday and see if people know anything." Paige said.
"Alright. Let me know after school on Monday." I said.
"Will do. Bye!"
"Bye." I said and hung up.
