Breaktime came and I made my way to the cafeteria to get myself some snacks. After scanning the area looking for an available table, I found one and quickly sat. I don't have any friends to eat with, so I have all the space to myself. Not having friends is something I decided to do though. As much as possible, I want my presence to linger in the fewest amount of people, that way I won't have to leave worrying about them getting sad. After all, I'm unable to offer a lasting relationship because my time is cut short. However, I have a bucketlist that I intend to fulfill before my demise. It's a record of things I wanna do, places I wanna visit, desserts I wanna eat and all that stuff. I keep them in a notebook that I always have with me, just in case I find the opportunity to do them.

"So when do you plan on paying back?"

my thoughts were interrupted by a familiar voice. I looked up and saw him again, carrying a tray of snacks with him. He's sweating an unreal amount of water, so maybe he just finished playing sports.

I was gonna ask him to share the table with me, but he had already seated in front and started munching on his food. I reached for my wallet and took 80 baht, and placed it on his tray.

"Thank you for paying for me yesterday, you saved me from experiencing great humiliation" , I said in a wide smile, hoping he'd acknowledge it. But he remained eating.

"I'm New Thitipoom from 12-1. What's your name?"

"..."

"What class are you in?"

"Why do you want to know?"

"Isn't it normal to ask a friend what class he is in?"

"Who told you we're friends?", he replied just after he took a last bite of his sandwich

"Who told you we're friends?", he replied just after he took a last bite of his sandwich. Again, without looking at me.

He grabbed the money and stood up, shouting at his friends who were at the court playing. He ran towards them, leaving his tray of leftovers with me. Midway through running, he turned around in my direction and shouted,

"Tawan. That's my name."
